FARMINGTON, Conn. (AP) A lawyer for a man charged with murder in the death of his missing wife says his client is in dire condition following an apparent suicide attempt. Fotis Dulos' attorney told reporters that he and the family are awaiting guidance from doctors....on what recovery can be expected. Dulos was taken to a New York hospital for treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning after being found Tuesday in his garage in suburban Hartford. Detectives went to the home Wednesday afternoon with a search warrant.

Agree, State of CT has IMO absolutely lost control of the narrative and of someone that they have charged with serious crimes.

Atty. P. is turning this into a circus, per usual IMO. The situation is no doubt fluid and highly complex. But there are ways to handle the dissemination of information IMO and this simply isn't it.

The Press reported that the Family did arrive last night and would be visiting this morning. We also saw a report that Atty. P. would give an update around noon as it sounded like the plan would be to meet with doctors and review tests. Looks to be a waiting game at this point. MOO

I would prefer the update come from the hospital because it would be more reliable.

Meehan was at court yesterday. He didn’t just stop by out of personal interest. There is likely movement in the custody case as well.

Often when this uxoricide/homicide/suicide scenario occurs they take the kids too. We have just seen it play out here in this case over a longer time period. Luckily LA and GF moved quickly and knew the danger facing the kids.
I can’t imagine having to explain this to them, at the ages they are.
Near miss, but damage done nonetheless.
