I’d send flowers but they’d be purple.
I beat the Malignant Narc in court last week. I sent flowers to my lawyer's office. The flowers were purple.

FD's sister actually doesn't look that worked up to me. I get the sense he planned something like this with her. Had all the powers of attorney set up in advance and told her that he had no plans to go to prison and if it looked that way he would off himself.

RSBM:
My Malignant Narc/Sociopath also had a psychological evaluation about 10 years before I met him. It was due to a DUI that he ran out on in a different state. The psychologist stated that he was a normal person with no personality disorders. I now know that facts stated by the ex were 100% lies. The ex kept the letter stating that he was fully a functioning and decent individual. He cherished that evaluation. He got over on the psychologist. It's easy to do. IME.
Agreed. A lot of these evaluators, psyche etc aren’t so great. From my experience, the good ones are so busy that they don’t have time or the need to do this type of work. Not trying to insult anybody. Just my beliefs and experience. Bell curve, as in all things...

I have a question for Rich here. No doubt he’d have the answer here!

TAMFORD — Fotis Dulos has undergone two psychological evaluations since his wife filed for divorce in 2017 and has been deemed a “gregarious and confident person” with no psychopathic tendencies, according to the latest in a series of motions filed in the heated custody dispute.

Attorney Rich Rochlin filed the motion late Tuesday in Stamford family court in response to his client’s mother-in-law, Gloria Farber, calling for Fotis Dulos to be psychologically evaluated.”
Attorney: Doctor evaluations of Jennifer Dulos’ husband show no psychopathic tendencies
hey there Rich! Question for you. Was FD resisting to be analyzed or did y’all do some pin the tail on the donkey stuff in the office? Just curious to see how your gregarious and confident *** client is hanging on.

I’d send flowers but they’d be purple.
What a read!
MOO.

Each side picks evaluators that will be favorable to them. I have seen it many times in cases. Take this evaluation with a grain of salt...JMO

Yep. I guess FDs attorneys forgot to mention in the footnotes or whatever that he was a murdering suicidal mooching lying toad stool. His attorneys really suck. How much was he paying them? Or whoever or whatever?

They've lied about that all along, too. Nothing new at all. :)

But the biggest why of all:
Why try to off yourself if there is, as they claim, proof of your innocence?
yeah, i agree. the way i understand it the state has told NP to save that evidence cause they want to see it. i might be wrong.

Great, we're in for more Pattis drama. I see him now, rolling out the red suitcase to a presser, stating "The evidence is right here that will prove the man I shepherded was innocent. Evidence that caused an innocent man to commit suicide rather than go to trial with it"

Seriously....

NORM: An INNOCENT MAN, whose wife ran off with God knows who, that I would have EASILY gotten acquitted, as there is NO evidence, no body, firm alibis, just killed himself, because...uhm...hmm..uhm...

The state is who got the evidence to begin with - and NP requested that THEY preserve it - IMO.

In other words, it's NP's way of circumventing the gag order with a poorly written paper that says nothing new, but instead gets his opinion out there in public, once again.

This would work for him whether his client were getting much better, or even the opposite (to have the last word).
