Oh, yes! The recording! Since FD is now deceased, there's NO reason to withhold it!! Roll that beautiful bean footage!

Yep, this kind of stuff takes planning. Maybe not as much as a murder, but some planning is involved. If only FD had just done this before what he did/had done to JD. JMO.
Not impossible but sticking to the evidence we have seen, in the AWs no date was given for when FD suburban was spotted behind Welles, only that it was ( likely) seen therehow did FD suburban get to Welles? On the 23rd or the 24th? Who drove it back to JX? I think KM had a very large part. IMO he took JFD in that car.

Wow - so intestate law for CT - the children would get anything not his siblings right ?@oviedo, HC is reporting that there is allegedly no will from Fd.
Dueling probate cases to be filed in Fotis Dulos death -- including one by Jennifer Farber Dulos’ mother
IMO its is unclear how the HC has what is says is the "FD note".Did LE release the “suicide” note to the media?
I haven't seen that yet.
Where can I find it?
JMO, I think NP and FD were 'two peas in a pod" so they probably did 'care deeply' about each other and probably felt like they had been best friends forever! All of FD's court dates, with the exception of the last court date, FD would be standing there smiling and smirking when he looked up at NP and having the look like, you're my savior Norm, I know you can get me out of this so I'm not worried! However, with FD's last court date, I think FD truly new the game was over. He realized Norm couldn't save him, Norm couldn't help him no more, the Judge had no sympathy whatsoever (for a change) and FD was not smiling or smirking, and he was not looking up at Norm with the confidence he had at prior court dates, and instead of feeling so confident, FD was actually mad, **ssed off, and FD probably finally realized then that he was had and he was probably going to end up back in jail/prison for the rest of his sorry life! I think that is when he finally figured out that he wanted out of the situation and there was nobody that could get him out of the messes he had got himself in to, so that's when he may have started planning his suicide and taking what he felt was the easy way to get out and what he felt was the only way to get out.NP is so full of it. If he truly “cared deeply” about FD, “and understood him as a human being” (???), why than did he feel he had no other choice but to kill himself? Surely if FD was innocent of this crime and felt confident that NP would present evidence of his innocence, why then would he kill himself? After all, he had five motherless children who needed their father to take care of them.

yes spouse and children get everything , the divisions of such are pretty specific but for all intents and purposes these children will get it all, whether inherited through FD or JFd estate ...siblings, ‘best friends‘, girlfriends et al do not have a claim . Here’s some ‘fun’ reading for anyone who cares to do a deep dive https://www.cga.ct.gov/current/pub/chap_802b.htmWow - so intestate law for CT - the children would get anything not his siblings right ?

Gives us more insight into the chaos that must have been kicked into action that morning. Remember that Colangelo was informed only that morning around 8:30 and then Pattis law office informed around 9am about the emergency hearing, so FD didn’t have a lot of time before he had to get his @#$ down to Stamford. On the Chaz & AJ show 1/29/20 NP said he was at Union Station, Wash D.C. re a client for Alex Jones, when he checked his phone, which had been off for awhile. He found an "overwhelming number of messages relating to it" (FD suicide attempt). Wonder if one of those messages was from FD? Why was FD dealing with the bond issue that a.m. and not his lawyers?
But why would KS not make a call looking for Fd until 12:15pm if he saw all the chaos happening around him as he was no doubt privy to everything happening? I will never forget that quick interview he did outside court, he seemed largely disconnected (by design perhaps?) from the situation of figuring out where Fd was and what was happening? I believe it is technically his job (insured by the bonds people) to make sure Fd is in Court when required. What did KS do in terms of finding his client from 10:30am until he reported on him at 12:15pm? I am very curious how many times KS might have been calling Fd or more likely Atty. P.Gives us more insight into the chaos that must have been kicked into action that morning. Remember that Colangelo was informed only that morning around 8:30 and then Pattis law office informed around 9am about the emergency hearing, so FD didn’t have a lot of time before he had to get his @#$ down to Stamford.
NP says he spoke with FD that morning. What was the conversation like and when did NP turn off his phone? Certain,y sometime before 12N, if he had loads of voicemails by the time he turned it on. Was KS the sole point of contact for FD that morning? Is that why FD was calling his bondsman and didn’t seem to know about Judelson? Given the short timeline for the emergency hearing at 12N, including the 1hr30 drive from 4 JC to Stamford court, that meant that FD would have to be on the road by 10:30 at the latest, more likely 10am if he needed to park and go through security and be at the courtroom at 12 since he was driving himself. So that explains why he was driving alone, there likely wasn’t much time for KS to come pick up FD since KS would have also had to prep for the hearing and get himself down to Stamford too, so they were probably all in scramble mode.
So we can surmise that FD was caught off guard that morning by the phonecall around 9 telling him to report at 12 for the emergency hearing, he had to spring into action to be presentable in court, gather up and assess the fact that he was likely going back to jail if only for a night or two, and then he was also on the phone to the bail bondsman, and he had to rig up the car in the garage with the vacuum hose and barricade and pen his note, and all of that happened within a 3 hour window from when he got the news about the emergency hearing. Anna was also there and wonder what she observed, was he panicking outwardly and what did he say to her? What did he send her out to get? By the time he sent her out, he was already late for or had decided to skip the hearing in Stamford. Did she know any of this was going on, or did she think was he just “taking care of business” up in the office?
MOO.
FACT: MT is going to prison for a very long time!FACT: MT lied repeatedly about FD whereabouts the morning of JFd disappearance
FACT: MT is on camera and shown via cell phone pings to be present during disposal of bags and bags of bloody clothes containing JFd DNA and her own DNA
FACT: MT was present during multiple cleanups of evidence of murder
Evidence against KM is far more circumstantial IMO based on what we have seen
I can see what you’re saying, they are (were) both narcissistic, arrogant, devious and full of crap. So I guess they were kindred souls after all. I personally think Norm just strung Fotis along though. Norm tried to throw things out there to the public to give Fotis false hope, but Norm knew his client didn’t have a chance once evidence started coming in, but he didn’t care. Just like Fotis, Norm was only concerned about the money he was making. And the reason why Fotis was no longer smiling at his lawyer, was like you said, the gig was up. Norm could no longer string him along, take his money, and couldn’t challenge the ever growing evidence against him, so he was indeed p’d off, to say the least.
