The kids and I did but he is still there. I couldn't take another minute of it.
Aww, I hope he can follow soon! I almost became a professor, but so many of my English professors at SCSU made sure to hammer into my head that you have to move where the job was, I just couldn't bring myself to do it. It's definitely a job of passion.

JS just did a tv interview wearing a not guilty tie.
He said Troconis wanted to try something new and he wants the GPS bracelet removed.
He was wearing what???
Maybe MT was a little jealous of NP's theatrics.

For sure I think the case is very compelling, and I'm sure anyone bringing a capital NO BODY murder case, had better be damn sure they know and are convinced of what they are doing. though I am advocating for the presumption of innocence and our 2nd constitutional right in general, I am human and I absolutely weigh in the circumstances and I can believe that it's probable he was involved in her disappearance, but I do not lean towards beyond a reasonable doubt. This reminds me of the Scott Peterson case. I was in school for forensic psychology at the time and I was advocating that they should have never charged him with murder, that the evidence was circumstantial and he shouldn't have been convicted, and I actually at the time believed he did it ( I had the entire class against me, screaming, yelling, that he was a monster etc etc etc, but I just didn't feel they proved that)...well looks like now he might not have done it, and this is exactly the point i'm trying to make. I think it reminds me of it, because the possibility that something else could have happened is there, that for me is reasonable doubt, and I think to charge or convict someone when there is even an inkling of doubt is a dangerous game we play with peoples lives all the time. The system is beautiful when it works, unfortunately it doesn't work that often. I would hate, for him to be aquitted of murder and then the body is found later on, and there is no way to charge him if he did do it again. Where is JD's Justice in that?
Is that you, Norman?

Thank you. The plan is for him to join us when the semester is over and then spend his summer break aggressively looking for employment. I really feel like I have PTSD from everything that happened to us there and felt if I didn't get out, like ASAP I would die. It really was an issue of saving my mental and physical health.

It's funny, as @afitzy would recall in the beginning of this case I would get attacked whenever I said anything about what an odd place CT is. Now, with all that has come out and seeing the numerous comments from others about what craziness goes on there, I just smile and say to myself "Yup, I tried to tell you guys." Haha and MOO!

Can't forget the trip into NY to check out the HF probate docs....this speaks to longterm knowledge as well as participation in the planning of the murder of JFd IMO as well as motive.

We also don't know the status yet of any possible criminal charges associated with FORE for MT either.

The MT primary role in the 123 Hunter situation was front and centre in Family Court and provides evidence of MT active role with Fd in doing whatever it was that they were trying to do and about which we here have discussed and debated extensively!

I'm not sure why I have this image of all of the State's evidence piled up and sitting in Stamford and waiting to be dropped on MT and her new attorney like TON of bricks.

MT was no passive passenger here on anything presented in AW1-3 IMO and AW3 had MT leaving the Raptor on Albany so the early excuse of chatting away with Petu while waiting for her meal at Starbucks simply won't hold up IMO.

Cannot wait to see the new motions filed by the latest attorney. Should tell us something and curious to see the argument made to shift from Stamford to Hartford.

MOO
Too bad this is not another state. The state I'm in, if they don't get you with one thing, they will get you with something else. CT should be looking into the financial aspect. Google James Hataway and see what happened to him. CT, ramp up the financial aspect and you will get your answers and a long prison sentence.

IMO, the removal of JFd's clothing was something "extra" that required time and increased risk of exposure for the murderer of leaving even more fingerprints and particles on the body, clothes, knife. So it must have been necessary. But for what purpose? I think the answer to this question, whether there was a purpose to removing cut clothes or cutting the clothes off the body related to the logistical disposal of evidence in a clinical way or whether there was an uncontrolled impulse to do something else is the "secret impulse" that is keeping MT's mouth sealed shut when all logic points to spilling all and getting a deal while Attorney Bowman was still around to finesse it. I don't think a body was necessary for MT to get years shaven off her sentence, merely admitting to what she knew and a timeline would have been enough, IMO.

For some reason, I don't get the sense of any type of romantic heat between Fd and MT, for all the apparent sex in the shower alibi writing. Sex in the shower was not uppermost on Fd's mind that day. The sexual impulses on display appeared to relate to one's desire to punish one's spouse (KM's alleged rape of his ex; Fd's offer of his house as a sex pad for KM and his ex). I can't conclude on the mindset - I just know with AC in the background, MT's wishful thinking in hindsight. MOO.

Since we are listing evidence, aside from SW's with two bloody footprints, Converse sneakers and a Subway receipt (perhaps from a park n ride in Tolland with, a super big and shiny Subway shop) near where MT had a fender bender in a Black Suburban spotted behind JFd's house in New Canaan, a spot with a perfect view of the picnic on May 22...let's check the AW.

Here are some excerpts from AW#3 that may or may not be pertinent in determining the extent of MT's participation:

One possible explanation for the change in atty: maybe MT was in the middle of a plea deal/disclosed certain info to AB. He could no longer effectively represent her because he had too much knowledge of her participation.
Hmmm ... to be a fly on the wall. I can only imagine what MT must be like as a client, especially now that FD is gone. MOO

SCHOENHORN: Conditions of Troconis house arrest are unconstitutional, she lives in small condo and can't visit her 15 year old daughter
Great, no problem! I'm sure there's a small cell that can be readied for her. And her daughter can visit her there. JMO

I've lived here my whole life, so I think I'm just used to it in some ways, but yeah... CT has A LOT of problems, and a lot of them have definitely been highlighted and brought out both in this case and on this WS thread in general!

Defying the GAG order right out of the gate.

Sounds like the problem is small condo, and she can't see her daughter- as would occur if she were incarcerated. The bracelet doesn't cause that problem, if the State agrees it is a problem. If so, why not petition for adding the daughters address(es) as ok to go to, or some such? I mean, she does have international ties and is facing murder conspiracy. I think the bracelet would be non-negotiable.

LOL at this new attorney. MTs daughter lives in Argentina w/her father. Nothing that the state of CT is doing would prevent MT from seeing her daughter in her small condo in CT if someone were willing to send her. Can MT go to Argentina to see her daughter ? No.

Oh brother...Maybe don't help plot to kill, or help kill, or move vehicles, or fake phone calls or lie to LE multiple times or clean up your boyfriends clearly murdered wife...and you won't have these problems..

"She lives in a small condo."
Is that supposed to paint her sympathically?
Can her daughter visit her?

House arrest for a conspiracy/murder arrest seems fair and constitutional.

Oh no, I hope he is not another attention seeker. One thing about Bowman is he wasn’t.

Thanks for the kind response and we did experience good coupled with all the bad. When I speak about my feelings, they are just that, mine...about what happened to my family and all we went through while living there. I would never speak for others or want my feelings to influence them.

MT short list of assistance to FD:

Bringing him cleaning items to MS
Filling and transporting black bags
Funny business about the Tacoma that day
Trip to trash cans in Hartford
MT did not see FD during crime window - agrees to lie to provide alibi
Tacoma detail

Fotis Dulos and Michelle Troconis were arrested on a new tampering with evidence charge last week in connection with their roles in cleaning up a 2001 red Toyota Tacoma police believe was used in Jennifer Dulos’ disappearance, according to the arrest warrants.

If she ever discussed with FD that JF disappearing would make life easier, MOO that is a strong case for conspiracy.

MT also went along to the bank where they withdrew cash for the Tacoma detailing + threw away additional items there. She also lies regarding her whereabouts to LE when FD goes to have the car detailed.

Graphic alert:

The two black plastic bags taped together offer up any number of possible uses IMO and we see MT DNA and JFd DNA.

Taping 2 bags together also doesn't seem to be something someone would do randomly and it just seems like it might be done in response to a particular purpose. Taping plastic isn't the easiest thing to do either and takes a bit of time to get it right IMO. What made MT tape 2 bags together? Was it based on something she might have seen or something she might have needed to do as part of the 'cleaning' efforts at 80MS? Were the bags taped together before or after the 24th? Will we see that MT might have been involved in preparing for the clean up in advance of the murder date? Or, did everything related to the bags happen on or after the murder date?

Such a purpose for the 2 bags taped together might have been to create a working surface to protect a floor or ground from blood or DNA transfer.

Or, perhaps a larger 'sheet' of plastic was needed to wrap a body or parts of a body. JFd was around 5'8"or so, so I'm not sure a single black plastic bag would have been sufficient to cover or wrap the body, assuming it was intact.

Could this double taped bag have been what JFd might have been wrapped in either wholly or in part? This might suggest that MT saw the actual body?

MOO
