@kimch33kim, do you know if MT has been papped doing these activities? If so, I would suggest sending them off to Judge Blawie or White and Atty Colangelo asap as I simply don't see them as being part of the original intention for someone with a murder charge levelled against them by the State.

My recollection of the bond restrictions were: house arrest except for legal, medical and religious. As MT doesn't work she didn't get the work restriction that Fd had (and later lost).

How do you think that Starbucks and Hair fit into the legal, medical, and religious categories?

I do very much wonder if the Parole folks understand what house arrest is supposed to be and what the restrictions are as I'm not seeing a pasta pickup and coffee break fitting into any of those categories?

Does anyone understand what the Parole folks might be thinking about here?

I suspect MT's family was super spooked by all the outside attys. giving sound bites of how her
case gets much more difficult now that FD is gone. And I agree with those attys.

MT will not get much sympathy from a jury.
Not just from her personal style and demeanor
but with the fact she was admittedly the mistress of the accused killer of the victim and living in the family home and allegedly sponging off the family of the victim. And that
she had been cheating with the deceased defendant for several years prior to her going missing.
Nope no sympathy from a jury.

None of those things make her a murder co-conspirator, but as you said, definitely not sympathetic, no matter how many photos she poses for at the Avon Congregational Church. I think some of the evidence that LE has gathered is ugly...I am not at the point yet where I think a lack of timeline for her is a problem. I think all along AB was begging her to make a deal, while she still could, and that opportunity was available to her up to last week. Maybe LE was still giving her time since Fd died to say where Jennifer’s body is, but she hasn’t. I think a timeline for her is coming; maybe later than it would have been, because she has a new lawyer and they might not be ready to hand it off to him now that hearings are likely to be pushed back.

IMO because they each thought they would beat the charge without saying anything, since Fd was the “big fish”that the state wanted to convict. And there was always time right up until the trial(s) to tell what they know. That time has passed, and now they have to keep quiet-it is the only possibility to avoid going to prison. MOO

This is JMO, but also I think we need to keep in mind that there is probably a lot more evidence that we are not aware of yet.

And many forensic experts willing to support the findings of forenic lab. We are talking blood evidence of a massive blow to the body.

Is it possible MT and KM are waiting until they know exactly how much the state has on them to talk?

Realistically, KM's arrest warrant is pretty flimsy, but I doubt it would've been issued unless there was much more tying him to the murder.

I guess Sentinel are the same folks that watched Fd unmoving in his garage while he was committing suicide and simply kept calling his cell phone.....

Brilliant idea! Support groups of fellow bracelet wearers in CT to 'meet up' or 'hook up' for religious reasons while having a coffee, getting a massage, or getting personal services! Wonder if this can be found on CL or FB? Or, perhaps MT is looking to start such a group for the folks in/around Hartford?

Boo-Flipping Hoo!!! I think she needs humiliation and punishment! Actually, I vote for more of it!!! And, I would imagine that once Jennifer's kids were grown up; she would have liked to have a found a job. Unfortunately, FD and MT have made that impossible. I see another circus coming...put on your tutu, party hat and bring some balloons...its is going to be a "show of shows"...!!!

I would also strongly suggest reading the individual psychological reports of the older children to see precisely how Fd behaviour impacted the lives of these individuals in a way that was simply heartbreaking to read. The behaviour choices of Fd regarding his children and HIS CHOICE to not see his children for 10 months and to effectively weaponize the children against their mother amidst their psychological turmoil was probably one of the most heartbreaking and diabolical acts I've ever read about in a Family Court file.

Do we have access to these reports? Why and how would those be made public???

Makes it sound like it was MT's choice (although I wouldn't be surprised if it was mutual to some degree).

Have there been any recent discussions on FD's family trying to get his name cleared? I found a lot of that stuff pretty disturbing. That FD was a hard working achiever:

In reality, he was a ruthless, cold blooded, greedy, abusive, small hearted phony, who lived off the illusions he sought to create of himself as a successful businessman and father. Everyone who worked for him disliked his arrogant cut-throat practices. It is impossible to clear the name of someone who was so morally defective, cold hearted and greedy! Everyone with the smallest portion of a brain believes he killed JD. He plagued the state and towns where he operated out of with fear, deep sorrow, utter disgust; shackling communities in CT with the need to clean up disasters he created. FD was one of the most evil people the state of CT has seen.
