@SabinaKuriakose
Schoenhorn says the conditions of Troconis's house arrest prevent her from being able to find a job, and alleges some aspects serve only to humiliate and punish her.
It's simple, MT. Spill it. Depending on what you did and what you'll admit to, you may live to have a career and perhaps even another shady Starbucks date with a handsome, waterskiing sociopath. You can get a job in prison. You're a socialite, correct? Surely you'll make lots of new friends. Do something decent and wise for a change and talk. Do your time. Then you can go back to selling those hideous rain boots. JMO[/QUOTE]

Right now, who would give her a job? The charges against her are pretty darn bad...(saying it nicely). I cannot see her working in any finance job, she is not medically inclined, is not a teacher, no real estate license and I would not trust her in clients houses....there is working at a fast food place but being out in the public view , we would see people asking her all kinds of questions...and besides she would no you work for low wages. Right now there is no job for her, unless her dad hires her in his office. Her mom has no office anymore...oh maybe her lawyer would hire here, like Casey Anthony lawyer and PI did.

I would think if they had any weapons that contained her or his DNA they would have charged him, but who knows? that's interesting. Do you know how many bags were found and the evidence in each bag that was disposed of? I have to go back over everything and see but I'd like to know

MOO you should definitely go back and read the AW 3. Otherwise you will have to continue to ask other people what is in the arrest warrant. It's clear, the evidence is stated.
And AW1 and 2 and perhaps take time and visit the media thread so helpfully updated by our sleuthers ?
On another note - WS has a function to allow us to ignore .... quite helpful IMO

I’ve been busy with Gannon so thank you to those who’ve been updating JFDs media thread - I caught right up tonight !

I'm just praying that MT is getting stir-crazy and frustrated enough with her terms of confinement that she violates. I cannot imagine that the state would take its chances by letting her bond out again if it could be at all avoided. Just wondering what MT's "limits" are. After all, everyone has "their limits" according to FD (just ask his kids).

MT is under a massive amount of pressure and now that FD bailed, she must be tripping. This lawyer replacement is interesting. Could it speak to her state of mind? I just hope she is unraveling. JMO.

MT still gets out of her house and goes to Starbucks and hair appointments as a religious or work reason sop I don't know what she whining about now. JMO

Is she? WTH! Who said she is allowed to do that? What’s next, shopping at Nordstrom prior to her court date?

Oh, something tells me MT could land on her feet. She's a wily one. Plus, there will likely always be supporters who think she's innocent. I wouldn't count her out. JMO

Uber. Taxi. Get a ride from friends. Others manage; you can too, MT.

And I know of five children who haven’t seen their mother in 8 months and never will.

THIS is what we all need to remember, and the Court needs to remind MT of this, as well.

Thank you.

OMG I was only joking when I said he would use FD’s suicide note proclaiming MT’s innocence...but it is right there #12!

....and she has a sore on her ankle from the bracelet
How are you seeing this?
All I see is one through three.
What am I doing wrong?

Rather than unraveling, I think she has stopped being a church mouse and is taking charge of her case.

What does he mean when he says things have changed?
Hoping Marissa asks him about this.
MOO.

I wonder if he is referring to the fact that Fd is dead, so he is tipping his hand about his defense-“Fd is the murderer, IF Jennifer is even dead. And if it can’t be determined that she is dead, then it can’t be proved that MT had anything to do with it!”

Where is NP today? He surely is quiet.

Yes, she wants to be able to 'go out' with her daughter when her daughter visits her.

Really? Trips to the mall under house arrest?

the state would not be out 6 million though would it? Wouldn't the bond company need to pay? The Bond Company is the one that has made a promise to the court to pay if FD absconded. Of course, it could argue that the bond was not valid, but the point is, they (the bond company) have made a promise to the court. I cannot see how the State would be a victim? Can someone explain please?
The state’s a victim when they loose the accused! Mo

Well, that's a recurring theme today: Is Jennifer even dead? Because, you know, 10 rolls of missing paper towels could have happened in any number of ways. Weird things happen all the time, lol. And there is surely an explanation for dumping your wife's bloody bra and t-shirt on Albany.

@Mercedes, isn't it a blissful silence!

I'm hoping his meeting yesterday in Rocky Hill set him off in a different direction and that he takes some time to consider his role (or not) in the death of Fd.

@NWLady, Today! And she wants her bracelet removed because she feels she is being 'humiliated and punished'! She has also been pictured at Starbucks, picking up italian food and getting her hair done while her bail conditions are for house arrest and exclusions for legal, medical and religious.

PS. She now want to work! MT is 45 years old and has a spotty employment record but now has the hankering to do 9-5 job!

Nothing boring ever happens here!

MOO
Thanks @afitzy ! LOL @ she wants to work?! Hmmm, where did her gravy train go? Oh yeah, how could I forget - he gassed himself!
