Fd used religion like he used his kids - they were an excuse to get what he wanted, when he wanted it. He had his own mother cremated (against his supposed religion), for example.

That last visitation day was planned, and used, to scope out the house/back area/garage. That's why he created the confusion regarding the visitation timing/location/food. It was carefully planned by him to get more info he needed about the garage, and perhaps to throw Jennifer off course in some other way.

Was MT in the truck behind ON THAT DAY? Perhaps. We will find out soon enough.

It's simply chilling that Jennifer lived in such fear while he used the kids' visitation (and possibly "holiday") to further plot out the murder.

It was only mentioned in the SW. Would they include "there was a bloody footprint that didn't belong to our suspect found at the scene" in the AW? I doubt it.

I want to be wrong, but if they had solid evidence that the print linked one of them to the scene and time of the murder, I just don't see why it wouldn't be included in the AW.

If they could link it to MT, I also think she would have more than just a conspiracy charge. If it's not JFD's, it's FD's. I think they either know it's JFD's, or they can't link it to anyone conclusively or even strongly, aka they haven't found the matching shoe anywhere (which unfortunately makes me think a set of shoes may have gone through MIRA).

ETA: Regarding the type of shoe: We know MT has Chucks, and we know that LE were looking for Chucks in one of their SWs. We don't know what type of shoe the footprint in the garage is. They might be connected, they might not be. The shoes were mentioned in conjunction with other things seen on surveillance on Albany during the trash odyssey, which makes me wonder if FD or MT were wearing Chucks that night. I've yet to find proof of whether FD owned a pair, but they are popular shoes.

I cannot wait for more information. The more info we get, the more opinions/ideas/perspectives that have come out. I'm thirsty for some answers.

Yep, the Backblaze backup info was something that I'd love to have a bit of time to poke around and read. Do wonder if Fd tried to ditch the Quickbooks records and was he/MT successful in deleting texts, social media accounts etc. Also wonder about alternative communication methods such as WhatsApp, social media or email accounts etc.

I also keep wondering about the 7 cell phones that LE found in Fd desk. Perhaps these were phones that had been given to previous employees and then handed in when these people left? But I'm not sure how many people have cell phones lying around like that?

We know cell tower dumps were requested by LE and we know that the process of analysing the data is time-consuming. I do wonder if LE will be able to find other cell number, burner phones or other digital communications amongst the co-conspirators? From what we have learned it doesn't appear that Fd was a tech wizard by any stretch and it seems like he might have relied on MT for assistance in this area.

Still wondering about the call from "Greece" as was this really from "Greece" or was it some kind of pre-established signal that some aspect of the plan had been completed? The 'call from Greece' was a major component of the early Fd alibi which was wiped out with AW3. There had to one a reason for LE to detail the information on the call from "Greece" they way they did and also explain that it was MT that 'took the call'. Was it perhaps MT taking this 'call from Greece' that connected her directly to Fd and effectively connects her directly to the events that took place in the garage at Welles?

Now we have the New Atty and I'm wondering just how all this will shake out with MT prior statements made in English?

IDK, but I'm not sure Fotis would approve of me eating granola and berries as there are way too many calories in that. So, no I'm not sure I ate breakfast at all as I only eat 500 calories a day and only what Fotis says is OK too. IMO, I think she WOULD buy a name day cake. The children are half Greek and undoubtedly participated in this celebration in prior years. Jennifer was a lovely person and I doubt she would take the problems with FD out on the kids. JD did not think that the visit was going to take place at the home. She was kind enough that she allowed the visit to happen there anyway. If you read between the lines of AW3, I would say that FD brought the food to WL. I don't know if there was cake or who would have bought the cake. It does seem reasonable to me that there was cake as one child's birthday had just passed a day or 2 prior. IMO.
