He wasn't allowed in the house. And he never went in.
ETA: Somehow, I don't think FD was that sophisticated with tech.
I agree with your assessment on his lack of tech skills, but he was savvy enough to take Gumienny’s phone and erase history and such - he wouldn’t need to go inside the house at all to place something on her network and because LE took her router in SW I think it’s not far off. What is your theory on why he stated it was too late to go Grace Farms? He stated that at 4 pm and Grace Farms is a 9 min drive from Welles Lane and closes at 6 pm...
Yes, a GPS tracker could have easily been attached to JF’s Suburban when parked somewhere and monitored with a burner phone...I imagine an easy search on the net would explain this. I doubt that FD would be the one to do this though. If one was attached to JF’s Suburban, it would have been found when LE went through it. Maybe ‘IF’ they found one, it had MT’s fingerprints...or found the search on his/her computer?
He would remove GPS on May 24th when he returns imo

The visitation was strictly scheduled for 4:30-7:30. The supposed visit to Grace Farm was a ruse. FD knew full good and well when it closed. He wanted in at WL. He was using excuse of closing at 6PM. I just don't think any type of GPS planting/placing something on her network on 5/22 would be of much help determining a pattern would be helpful. But then again, there WAS a reason he wanted visitation at WL. I think he just wanted to scope the layout. MOO.

From reading it’s my understanding in the mornings, JD left the system unarmed and the garage door left open as the turn into the garage is a steep hard left ( she hated it) - I’ve looked at that house and it sounds feasible.

I don’t know what her habits were but the system and the door could have been opened by remote, right? The sharp turn wouldn’t affect that.

Where did you learn her habits&hates?

Was JFd the Only person that could provide the food and cake?

Absolutely Not.

Fd Purchased and Brought Everything with Him and then JFd and the nanny just placed everything out on the patio for the children and Fd.

It has been reported in MSM that the visitation was Also a Name Day celebration. I will try and find the quote.

In addition, by reading JFd's posts on her blogs, Fd was ALL ABOUT the Name Day celebrations.

Fd would have Definitely taken the opportunity to celebrate the Name Day for one of the children that was just a day earlier.

In the Greek culture, the Name Day is More Important than the birth day.

IMO.
I am just wondering if FD brought everything with him, what was it that JFd and LA put on the picnic table. I heard it was reported food. Maybe they heated something up for them and then also put additional items like cutlery and napkins?

Remember the nanny stated he showed up 30 min early for visitation that day which was odd too.

That may be a theory on WS, however there's no proof that Jennifer did that, IMO.

Masiello property that FD built him, gets subtly changed on Fore Group website. They change it from Block Island to Beachfront property while also changing the photo...
Excellent catch. Nobody lends $600k and doesn't take a first or second mortgage on Sturbridge. C'mon. IRS needs to investigate a potential kickback scheme through the Block Island property in which FORE records a loss on the project but Masiello delivers cash to Fd in a briefcase (later converted to a lien on Sturbridge). Creative financing for new project in New Canaan not financed by FIL. MOO.

This is the other property that changes in June on his website. 1 Olcott Way, he sold the land to Manafort Brothers in Feb 2019 and neither party registers the sale with Farmington. FD took 33k loss on sale, also Farmington records show Manafort and FD working together in 2017 on construction work, so why when FD needs money so badly does he take hit on sale AND Manaforts build themselves instead of Fore Group?

Yes, good point about removing the GPS on the 24th and he was able to remove EE’s phone history.

Lots of reading - I will have to go back and see if it was warrant or somewhere else. Photographic memory helps but I should of compiled every find on this case differently.

Removing phone history is pretty rudimentary. And, IMO, very telling about how stupid FD was. Did he not know that LE could easily retrieve that info? MOO.

As rudimentary as typing in a password given to him to join something on her network?

Look, I'm not saying your idea/theory is impossible. But yes, IMO, I'm not sure FD would even know the router thing is possible. Everyone knows how to delete history. And gaining access to the router on the evening of 5/22 would not have helped to establish any patterns. FD plan was in full force before 5/22. I think it far more likely there was location sharing with the kids,IMO.
ETA: 5/24 was golden for FD. He had visitation that weekend and thought he would get the kids. Thanks to bad*** GF, that did not happen.

Agree, makes sense, inexpensive, effective and easy to do IMO. Wonder what range options might be and if there could be any connection to a possible scout or chaser vehicle on Thurton? Use of burner phone makes some sense too but would be a risk. Perhaps use of wifi device might provide better cover and less traceability? IDK.

In AW3 we met the Fd/MT IT consultant. I hope that JFd had a different IT consultant or set up her wifi network such that it couldn't be hacked by Fd. IDK, its a concern I think as access to wifi at 69/71 Welles could offer up access to the children, schedule, conversations etc.

Still wondering about the JFd security system at Welles. We see the security panels but don't have a clear answer on cameras and all images in AWs are from neighbor's systems. Was JFd system off, hacked or otherwise inoperable? I think though that to have someone who seemed to carry around as much fear as JFd of her STBX, the idea of not having cameras and/or motion sensors is something that I've long struggled with in this tragic case.

MOO
Burner phones or something more low tech like walkie talkies? Two cars, one following the other close behind, can communicate through Walmart cheap walkie talkies $20. Works well for driving through unfamiliar roads and not getting separated. Untraceable? MOO.

It’s a good point, plausible. But burner sim/phone would go beyond that and be able to address traffic (Google maps) which if you’ve ever driven Merrit expressway and 84, it would be handy to have gps.

Yes, makes sense and I also wondered if they were widely used in water skiing too so Fd would have a pair around. MOO
