That is why I keep thinking he did not intend on killing her or plan on the blood loss. He planned on zip ties since he brought them but did not bring any cleaning supplies or anything to soak up blood.

The evidence had always reminded me of the Annie Le case at Yale. She was killer by “traumatic asphyxiation and compression to the neck”- basically strangling- and there was blood on the floor the killer cleaned up, and “medium velocity blood spray and spatter” on the wall, plus blood drops on a tissue box and cart. Described as “evidence of a violent struggle”
At the time there was much discussion that killers think that strangulation doesn’t cause a lot of blood, so they think the crime scene will be clean. And they are surprised by the amount of blood spray and spatter that occurs so they have to do unplanned cleanup. The zip ties in JD case further suggest this.

We don’t know how much stuff was back there or if everything went into the Suburban. It was reported that there were 30 some bags on Albany! Unless the bags were put on seats there is only so much room, unless someone lowered the seats.

@sklarsid, we don't yet know how many BAGS but LE in AWs said some 30 STOPS along Albany. AW3 offered a bit more info on the bag situation vs prior AWs. But, we also now know that Fd and MT were off camera along Albany for a period of time (believe around 8 min or so).

@enelram, such an interesting place to dispose of something (essentially sounds like a toxic waste site!). Do also wonder though if the area could have been a likely spot for a drug pick up. Thinking back a bit on the article 'reposted' today by DA and the reference to Fd with the shaved head as of Wed before the murder, it got me wondering a bit more about the time line of Fd on the Murder Date. Just putting a few data points from AW3 here to think about.

On Fd shaved head: Other pictures of Fd with a shaved body have been seen as it appears he did 'shave down' during winter and summer ski seasons in the past. Issue though is that Fd didn't appear to have done much in the way of 'winter skiing' since the money ran out and so to see the 'Mr Clean' look in advance of the Murder Date seems quite suspicious IMO. Its highly unlikely that he was skiing in CT in May IMO but we don't know (has LE confirmed any ski activity in May to support a 'Mr Clean' look?). Does the Avon Ski Park open Memorial Day weekend and was Fd still a member a/o Memorial Day?

5/24/19 - Murder Date:

Fd cellphone alarm goes off at 4:20 am (he shut it off at 4:21 am) on the Murder Date. Does Fd cellphone place him at 4Jx on Murder Date am or is he at another location (i.e., did Fd sleep at 4Jx or another location?).

-Many had assumed that the early alarm happened due to shower and Fd 'shave down'. It now appears that the shave down happened in advance of the Murder Date (noticed by children on 5/23). So, what was Fd doing for over an hour on the Murder Date morning and how did he get from 4Jx to 80 MS? MT even with all her word salad NEVER confirmed seeing Fd on the Murder Date am. So, where was Fd and did he even sleep at 4Jx? Did he perhaps sleep at 80MS overnight?

-Where was MT during this early am period on Murder Date? Did MT drive Fd to 80MS or did he ride his bike (later seen in NC) to 80MS? Or, was the Red Tacoma parked at 4Jx overnight or at 585 DC overnight and then he just had to get to 80MS? Why leave from 80MS? Is there footage of Fd and/or MT leaving 4Jx on the am of the Murder Date? Ditto for 80MS?

-Was Fd alone or MT alone driving the Tacoma to NC?

-Were any of the other FORE/Fd vehicles seen in NC on Murder Date?

-Did any other vehicles enter/depart 4Jx or 80MS or 585 DC on the Murder Date morning, afternoon or evening?

-Was MT captured on video at any point leaving/arriving at 4Jx to corroborate school drop off? Where was MT daughter on the night before the Murder Date (alleged party) and Murder Date? Has MT daughter been interviewed by LE to corroborate any portion of the MT testimony? Is there video from EW School of MT daughter drop off / pick up from school? Is there a sign in / sign out procedure at EW School? MT 'stories' on the school drop off/pick up has been hazy at best and LE has chosen to not corroborate any information. Why is there no mention of interview with MT daughter by LE or interview with EW School officials doubt MT attendance on 5/23 and 5/24?

-When precisely did Mama A arrive in Farmington? Where was she staying and can her whereabouts be corroborated via digital means with certainty? Did Mama A play a role in any aspect of coverup/conspiracy?

-Why was Fd so late (over 3 hrs late) arriving at NCPD headquarters? Was the issue that he couldn't get an atty or was something else occupying his time? I believe we learned that the 5 Dulos children were to have been dropped off at 11am (this never happened). So, what were Fd AND MT doing on the morning of 5/25 until 2:47 pm when Fd showed up at NCPD? Where was MT and her daughter during this period? Had Mama A arrived and was she perhaps taking on childcare duties?


Regarding the ongoing discussion of cell tower dump requests I was looking for the timestamp on the Starbucks visit after the Albany trip of stupidity:

Cell Phone Tower Dump General Question:

Is it safe to assume that for any cell tower dump that the radius around the requested dump covers roughly 3 miles? Or, is the radius less? Or, does the radius for coverage depend on other factors including possibly other towers in the area?

Clearly the Bristol address location has been a bit of a question mark. Was LE referencing that address for the Park discussed earlier tonight by @enelram or the other businesses @enelram previously had discussed in that area? Or, should the radius around Bristol be expanded to look further?

I have to wonder if NP ever admits to himself that a client who is clearly unstable, narcissistic, and likely murderous - is quite capable of harming himself, and would need hand-holding at that time more than any other time. If not hand-holding: a ride to court, or a check-in phone call, perhaps? What about when he's already late for court?

Astonishing, IMO, that there was so little interaction between NP and his client.

I would certainly hope he would. His job is to defend and protect his client’s interest and I would think that would include his well being. I wouldn’t think FD would be the type to admit he’s suicidal however, but if NP was telling him that things don’t look so good for him, I could see why FD decided to end his life. IMO

Well, he wasn't 'there for him' in the sense most of us would expect: to protect his life. But NP is not the "usual" type. Perhaps he would want Fd to do what he wanted. The ultimate selfish act.

NP claimed to have received Fd's last wishes - or however he worded it. I would have to think that would have included his intent.

In other words - if Fd said he wanted NP to clear his name after his death, he had to have included that 'little' detail of his intent.

How else are we to take NP's claim? He can't have it both ways. Yes, it's extreme, but I have a feeling he KNEW what Fd was about to do. And NP was the type to let him have his way.

Highly doubtful IMO as it doesn't appear that even 4 days a week of psychotherapy have had much impact on Atty. P. ability to self reflect and/or alter behaviour that seems consistent even over the 8 months we have sadly had to follow his behaviour and antics.

Atty Colangelo on Chaz and AJ mentioned that he was sitting in his office in Stamford with Atty Smith at the time that Fd was pulled from the 4Jx garage after gassing himself. I am still truly processing this statement as here we have the 2 people that should have been tracking Fd for his Court appointment that day at noon and they were sitting in an office waiting?

Atty Smith and Atty. P. had the obligation to make sure their client was in Court and instead what we see looks to be an absolutely avoidable suicide had someone verified that Fd left 4Jx in time to make it to Stamford.

Absolutely baffled by lack of involvement here from Atty Smith and Atty. P. and why the bracelet monitors didn't seem to alert Atty Colangelo of the unmoving Fd in the 4Jx garage?

Were Atty Colangelo and Atty Smith simply sitting in Stamford listening to the Parole Bracelet people saying that they had Fd sitting in his garage not responding to repeated cell phone calls?

CSP seemed to drop the 'hot potato' of the Fd Suicide investigation on Farmington PD (of the we release unregistered handguns to random individual fame - we are still waiting for Lisa Backus FOIA request info on the 10 page report on this seeming debacle!). TICK TOCK TICK TOCK LISA BACKUS AND STAMFORD ADVOCATE!

So, we have another FPD report to look forward to reading about the Fd Suicide. TICK TOCK TICK TOCK!

Having watched the live drone coverage of the event many questions exist as to whether it was the bond people that alerted FPD or was it the bracelet people via Parole? Whatever it was that happened IMO it should be made public as the idea that nobody was tracking Fd departure from 4Jx such that he could make his Court Appearance at noon simply is mind blowing, if this is what happened?

The ongoing issue of the Fd/AC/GV/McKenna fraudulent bond also has to be resolved by the Court and I do very much hope that the State of CT doesn't do a quick sweep under the rug of what IMO appears to have been a well crafted fraud that took the State of CT over 20 days to figure out? Not sure WHY none of the Press are talking about why it took so long for Atty Colangelo to figure out the fraud (when he and his people could no doubt look at the collateral and know that 2 properties were in foreclosure!?!?!)!

Has the State of CT / Atty Colangelo or the Press looked at the Michele Troconis BOND to verify that it is in fact solid and not another fraudulent bond? Can FOIA request be made for a bond such that others can check the bond as it appears that the State perhaps is quite lax on its review of multimillion dollar bonds for people that are clear flight risks such as MT?????

@MollyDDD, I actually think it could have been the reverse situation. Atty. P. could have been doing the 'same old same old' telling Fd they would prove reasonable doubt. But, as AW3 came out and Fd knew what LE had documented, he was smart enough to realise that Atty. P. was simply running a very expensive billing clock and that life in prison was inevitable. My other guess is that the Fd decision to desecrate the JFd memorial on Jefferson Crossing resulted in some very harsh words as no doubt in the delusional mind of Atty. P. his 'brilliant attempt at reasonable doubt' had been effectively undermined (this seems a ludicrous argument IMO but I can see him saying this). Fd knew what he money situation was and wasn't and realised that once the bond fraud was caught that he was going to 'Door 2' in Stamford IMO.

As I've said before, the fact that we see Atty. P. PI McKenna part of the Fd fraudulent bond package (he chose to not fill out the required paperwork - why State didn't flag this clear omission immediately and reject the bond out of hand is another head scratcher IMO?), to me signals MUCH Atty. P. involvement in the fraudulent bond as why would a random PI choose to be part of a bond? The other reason the entire Atty. P. involvement in the fraudulent bond seems probable is that Atty. P. has been dealing with intimate involvement in the financial affairs of Fd for MONTHs via the Civil Case and Family Court.

The Atty. P. word salad about the bond referring to 'title issues' as being the reason for the 'issues' is IMO laughable. We saw the delay in the bond being issued and I believe we heard comments from Atty Smith to the effect that 'technical details' were holding it up! Really! To me this says that both Atty Smith and Atty. P had intimate knowledge of the fraudulent bond and so I wonder will their roles in putting forward a fraudulent bond on behalf of Fd be investigated by the State? Why did Atty Colangelo not push to have the fraudulent bond issue and AC role hashed out in Court after the Fd suicide attempt? While its likely that at that time it might have been clear that Fd was brain dead at Jacobi and just waiting for his family to arrive from Greece, the reality was that the bond being a fraud was never at question and Anna Curry was always front and centre in the bond IMO. Why was Anna Curry not detained and told to not leave the State of CT until the situation was resolved? Where is Anna Curry now?

Atty. P. knew that 4Jx and Sturbridge were subject to foreclosure at the time the bond package was submitted IMO. So, why let a client submit a bond package that was fraudulent? We also saw Palmetto as the insurer and are we to realistically believe the the State didn't know that they didn't have the financial wherewithal to support a $6 million dollar bond? It seems like we are looking at ineptness on the part of the State on so many levels and the fact that it took 20 days to figure out after a whistleblower stepped up and pointed the situation out almost immediately is frankly mind blowing as well.

I would hope that the State of CT undertakes a COMPLETE REPORT that will be made public looking at the role of Atty. P. and PI McKenna and ANNA CURRY and GV etc. in the Fd Faux Bond. Will all parties that participated in putting forward a fraudulent bond (including the bonding company and the insurer) be prosecuted? Will the bonding company and the insurer be STRUCK from the State of CT approved list and will tighter controls and financial updates be undertaken to make sure that the companies on the approved list actually can financially stand behind their bonds?

It seems like we have seen one admin related SNAFU after another on the bond from the State of CT and I wonder if there will be any repercussions or will it be swept under the rug? Will we see any repercussions for Atty. P. and Atty Smith or any of the participants to the bond?

When will the report from FPD be released about the Fd suicide to the public? Why is the Press not following up on this report and the prior FPD report about the Glock 19?

This IMO is all so administratively lax to say nothing about the bond fraud being illegal IMO. So disappointing.
