I distinctly remember MT and Bowman asking for permission to pick up MT’s daughter at JFK around the holidays, and permission was granted for her to do so. JS is delusional; MT definitely got permission.
I think JS was talking about something more recent, BUT he wouldn't give Colangelo the date.
MT knew what was done before. She could have told JS the procedure from earlier or JS could have asked Bowman. Schoenhorn just enjoys exaggerating and dare I say, maybe obfuscating to try to dramatize his case. Attorney Colangelo was quite civil, IMO, considering the immature way Schoenhorn was acting.
Wish the TV cameras would have focused on the attorneys when Schoenhorn said, "Let me talk to Attorney Colangelo for a minute." Schoenhorn's little snit after their interchange was a classic STUNT. Loved that Colangelo agreed that they don't agree on anything. I really expect more professional, serious behavior when the case involves the death of the mother to five children. JMO...IMOO
