For his first court appearance, AIR, FD was represented by Atty Eugene Riccio, who later withdrew from the case.
I forgot about Riccio. I wonder if he withdrew because fD was unmanageble as a client?

I believe Eugene Riccio was only hired to represent him in terms of bond. Then Norm was hired as his actual criminal attorney.

Remember, she did honor the advice of Bowman during the Farber vs Fore deposition and take the 5th all every single question. Did anyone ever confirm if she was on the deed for the 123 Hunter Drive, West Hartford property? She was clearly involved in hiding assets for the Fore Group, but not sure if this will come up on the criminal case. Maybe? Just enough to establish her crafty and nefarious capabilities and not necessarily under the Fotis Dulos Spell, either.
Guillaume Vidalette (remember him?) was the alleged owner, who transferred the title to the current owner, in 2018.

iirc, Pyetranker was one of the attorneys involved in the divorce/child custody fiasco?

Wonder if KW was that always-available-defense-attorney?

But fD was smart enough to know they were too enmeshed for court representation?

(Kent, we're here counting on you -- sing like a canary, Kent, sing!)

We also can't forget that fD was drowning in debt and cash poor at this time. His charming manipulation didn't work so great with those at the top of their game in the legal community. IMO, NP covered his costs but didn't take fD's case for profit but for the publicity that came with the high profile case.

Yeah, this sounds right.

Yeah, this sounds right.
NP was also representing Alex Jones at the time, so I'm sure his healthy retainer was sufficient to balance FD's minimal resources (yet maximum exposure).

Judge Kevin Randolph has denied motions to suppress Michelle Troconis’ police interviews and to suppress DNA evidence at her upcoming trial in connection to the disappearance and presumed death of Jennifer Dulos.

Judge Randolph’s decision is 21 pages so I’m just posting the final page with his conclusion.

Randolph’s conclusion: “The search warrant for defendants DNA was facially valid and did not lack probable cause. The defendant knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily waived her rights when she spoke to the police on June 2, June 6 and August 13….”

“…She had the assistance of competent counsel before and during the interviews. Though police used, at times, deceptive tactics her will was not overborne.”

After 70+ Motions by JLS, he gets credit for suppressing MT's cell phone as evidence at trial, which, given the facts, was the right call. Police had adequate time to obtain a warrant for the phone when CTSP seized MT's phone on 5/30. MOO

Now, can WE make a motion to suppress her obnoxious social media?

That’s never going to happen. And after she is convicted, she will continue to whine about the unfairness of it all, and defame Jennifer.

Maybe the orphaned children will bring suit in the future, to stop her from slandering their mother....

(You may say I'm a dreamer,
but I'm not the only one....)

Radio Silence from the @michelletrocon1 Twitter/X.

Last activity was 12/17 when MT reposted reporter Marissa Alter's tweet re. Richard Colangelo allegedly behind the where and when warrants served and executed and suspects booked.
