Was it warm in there (the conference room)? Yes. Do you remember Atty Bowman saying it was hot? Yes and you remember MT saying she was dizzy? I don't recall that.

And she told you she shaved it? Did you know that? We did not.

Was there surveillance, video of him getting his shaved? No.

TP is trying VERY HARD to make sure that MT was not in the bedroom to make sure that there is no way she would know if FD were there at any point. Using the weather data (not even the proper charts to prove his time so he is clearly clueless about weather mapping - whole thing is ridiculous imo) without the phone data from MT and her daughter AND her daughter testimony this all is imo is simply useless distraction. MT has not been truthful about much so far so absent corroborating evidence imo this line of questioning seems unproductive imo. MOO

MT told you she saw KM in the office and that's one of the reasons she believed FD was there that morning?

JS: so first she said she saw FD and then she said she believed he was there because he told her about a meeting with KM and she saw KM that morning? Yes, she changed her story.

Yes, poor Detective Kimball has been tortured and tormented by TP for years in this case. Sure its his job but the last time I looked there were nearly 70 motions filed by TP on various issues and many of which involved Detective Kimball having to either be deposed or testify. Defence has undertaken a scorched earth campaign which imo has wasted huge amounts of time with very little results for Defence and has taken valuable and scare law enforcement off the streets keeping people safe too. MOO

SO GLAD Atty McGuiness attacked the issue of "Testimony on Cross" by TP. Judge is finally seeing this happening too so I hope he keeps this all on the straight and narrow.

[Even if there were TORNADOES at 1am on the 24th, just exactly how does that divorce the defendant from all her lies about the rest of the day? Sheesh.

And painting her as willing and eager to help search? Can't help but to notice that, of all her superhelpyhelpfulness, LE did not find JFd in any of the places MT volunteered. So.... that's not very superhelpy after all. In fact, it smells a lot like deception and interference.]

Atty JS testified that FD gave the bunny to his wife. Wife? Like what? A hostess gift? Peace offering? Late Valentine's Day gift? If FD gave JFd a chocolate bunny, I am pretty sure JFd would not have so much as licked that bunny. She was afraid of him. And rightly so.

well in that case, I would say Det Kimball is all of us !! I don't know anyone personally that would not be annoyed - this guy just oozes snark and superiority. His tone and the way he frames the "questions" just feel so patronizing IMO
