Det. Kimball was the Affiant for the Arrest Warrants for FD, MT, and KM. Those documents were works of art - clear, succinct, relevant summary of all material facts (known at that time) supporting probable cause for charges and arrest.

Praying the next such probable cause document in the Suzanne Morphew case will be more like Kimball's.
So agree! I've not seen another AA as clear as what was presented for FD and MT in this case.

No words though for the SM case....none.....glad you are speaking so strongly as to what you are seeing there...

State asks about the photos he was shown earlier, asks if it was a motion camera or continuous.

Judge gives the defense time to review the video before the State plays it. From Starbucks.

JS is objected because the video is 9 hours long.

Afternoon recess (while the State creates a specific file of the clip they intend to play)

He has also been a great witness imo

I can attest to his his high level of commitment and dedication throughout his career. He's a smart cookie, very professional and serious. Although I haven't seen him in some time. He worked with my ex-husband in LE. I have known him since the beginning of his career in 1994 maybe.

Thank you for your personal insight…which has certainly been shown in court

Its good of you to share something about Det. Kimball. IMO Det. Kimball was a dedicated CSP Officer and put forward his best efforts to find JF.

To see the ongoing attempts by TP (including his imo horrendous behaviour in pretrial hearings) to discredit and demean Det. Kimball is imo deplorable as nothing in the record exists to support such innuendo and snide remarks by TP imo.

In other courts imo we would see Judge's offering an environment where witnesses can easily understand questions being asked of them as well as a place where derogatory innuendo or off the cuff remarks would not be permitted. Sadly Judge R is not that judge so far. What is disturbing with the "testimony from TP on Cross' is that not only can the witness not understand the question (usually because there is no question imo) BUT the Jury cannot follow what is going on. Jury has no clue what TP is referring to and they also have no idea its not evidence etc. This has been going on now for many days and still continues.

Back live. JS is still squabbling but ultimately has no objection over the shortened Starbucks videos.

Hoping this Starbucks video clip will be available to view and enlarge later.

The video clip that was taken by the Daily Mail of FD jogging about a week after JFD's disappearance showed that FD had a blood blister under the fingernail of the ring finger on his left hand. So curious whether he had it by the evening of 5/24.

Fotis was waiting for her to pay!

He has no problem eating…that was hard work disposing of all of that!

He sure seemed like he was explaining something to MT. She seemed a bit frozen, scared imo.

Quite a long check out process there in Starbucks wonder why?

Geez, FD whips the paper off his straw and tosses it on the counter, stuffs his straw into his drink and walks away. Creep. Toss it in a garbage can already. You've been doing it all night.

State plays three clips from Starbucks.

State asks the witness how the defendant characterized the Dulos divorce. Nightmare. Torture.

State asks if the defendant indicated whather FD told her what to write? She said he didn't.

Asked whether FD had the Albany trash dumping on his timeline. He did not.

State asks witness about the context in which the defendant brought up car wash.

Asked whether she ever said she'd traveled in tandem with FD to a car wash. No.

Fell behind because of work, but I am just now getting to the Starbucks counter video, and they are either insanely nervous or strung out on something, FD especially. He cannot stop moving, meanwhile she's wringing her hands and holding herself.

This line of questioning from TP is disgusting...he is now trying to get LE corroboration of any information the discredited Dr. Herman report.

Atty McGuiness asks for sidebar to discuss issue with Judge and Defence.

No SIDEBAR ALLOWED. YIKES!

Judge says no information from the discredited Dr Herman report is to come into evidence.

JS on recross--

JS brings up MT and the offer to dig holes. Det. Clavy talking about body parts in the trash bags. [My apologies -- he list me.]

(Regarding the study) Did you become aware of what other people were saying certain things about JFd and conveyed that to MT?

State objected. Hearsay. Sustained.

JS asks if the witness received a copy of the study.

State objects, wants a sidebar. Judge says no. Says he won't allow any testimony of the content. Witness says a copy was obtained. He never saw it.

JS asks about the car wash. That, a different day, FD washed a car. Yes.

Depends on what you're actually wondering. I worked at Starbucks for seven years and I am familiar with that location.

Judge: “when the door is opened, a lock can come in”…
then explained more

JS is asking about strange --

Asking the witness if he knows what would be a strange response in Venezuela, Argentine, Miami.

[I need to come back to this. Whole section of objections.]
