I have sooooooo many issues with the Defense in general and JS in particular.

Old photos of FD with short hair is not the same as shaved.

New photo, on May 24th, (from the Starbucks cctv) with a five o'clock shadow on his head doesn't eliminate having had a shaved head 24 hours prior. In fact, it rather proves to me he had a very shaved very recently. With his heritage, I would bet FD could shave on any given morning and brush his mustache before bed.

Imo he would have shadow stubs starting around lunchtime!

Just more games and another day at the circus being run in the courtroom by TP imo.

Shameful stuff and sad to see it being allowed. He is constantly giving opinions and testimony and it’s tainting the proceedings imo.

Agree, that’s why they ask MT where is Nicole when police arrive. Because, as mother, your first instinct might be, is my child ok or hurt? Maybe it’s news about Mama T, or simply police asking about local crime. If you decide to let FD handle the cops, maybe you stand hidden out of sight and try to hear, not go into bathroom because of “terror movies” and change a tampon … la-di-da just time for the tampon then later I’ll ask FD if my child/mother/anyone has been in an accident. Also, what if it’s FD kids or family is it still Best to strategy to hide because of Hollywood movies?
MT is an Odd bird

MT is odd because there is nothing authentic or truthful about how she presents herself to the world. MT seems to always be looking outward and trying to figure out what someone else wants her to do or say. Long way of saying that she is a “hollow core” of a human being and as such imo is highly dangerous because there is nothing she won’t do or say!

This does not have the one I am referring too.....I KNOW I am not crazy....some one has to have it, it talks about: Android phones/computers/ipads/Google Accounts/Mentions of the "other" black suburban being in the neighborhood next to Jennifers and the markings from recent accident...it even had details/forensics about the license plate screws on the Tacoma showing signs of being removed/put back on....someone has to know what I am talking about - where is that one?!?!

JS is taking up this issue outside of the jury-- about Kimball testifying about the trash bags, that he was opining. He is citing motions he'd filed -- he is calling LE's opinions prejudicial, speculative and unfair to his client.

Is it possible that you are remembering details from the 467 pages of search warrants relating to this case that were released in January 2020? Those included many details that don’t appear in the Arrest Affidavits.

JS is attempting to make a distinction between his asking Kimball in general about how people act when taken into custody, are afraid, etc and when the State asks specific questions -- goes to the credibility of his client -- and he objects.

JS says that their defense is that MT got her information from FD and others. Whether it was true or not, his client believed it.

Now he's raising intent. Intent to commit conspiracy.

And also the divorce -- he says that the State claims the state of the marriage is motive -- is counter to what the defense is going to represent. FD had a favorable report, everybody knew he was happy about it so he had no motive to do away with or harm JFd.

And that is why he's requesting the Herman report to be allowed.
