Favorite quote of the day so far.
Agree! “ esteemed defence counsel” imo
Is simply an ignorant putz as well as a bully.

Is the jury looking at the clock?
If they are still awake?

I feel for them.

When this finally ends today, I can just walk to another room to take a nap.

They have to drive or ride somewhere before they can finally close their eyes (ears).

JS shows a page of her notes, a form she filled out. Blood and Touch Evidence form

So if they said "ketchup like substance ", that's what you'd write? Yes

He's going through this form column by column.

It's self explanatory!

When are they going to go over what the tooth thing actually is?

No sound?

When we hear from the DNA analyst and medical examiner IMO

I don't even know where to start to try to transcribe JS's cross. Forgive me.

It’s all over the place, isn’t. God, I feel so sorry for this jury.

They will have to battle brutal traffic to get home.

JS is a human pinball machine. That sums it up.

Now JS is showing Page 2 of the same form, specific to the towel

The witness has to correct JS on just about every conclusion he draws.

I bet most of the people who are in that court room daily are consuming a lot of alcohol in the evening.

[For funsies, while I wait for JS to have a point, I'm watching the judge's hands.]

Still insisting upon referring to victim as "alleged victim" as we spend hours going over the blood (and possibly other biological material) spilled from her.

Obnoxious.

  • #217
JS corrected the witness from victim to alleged victim.

Judge interrupted. She's reading from a document.

…or not. His blathering numbs the mind and causes mental paralysis. Maybe sniffing smelling salts.

More "ALLEGED VICTIM" BS from "Esteemed Defence Counsel"....

Glad Judge R popped in to reprimand him so as to prevent his going down the ugly path he was just raring to head down...

Shameful imo to use this expert witness for his shameful "testimony cross" tactics.
