None of her tests identify victims, perpetrators or accomplices - so he’s wasting his time just trying to make it look like it’s all fake tests … of course he knows the results of all the dna tests, it’s in the evidence bundle. Is that panty liner MT? And he’s trying to say that bag was separate from the shirt & bra? It could be JFs, odd her bottoms not found and this liner was not blood soaked like the shirt and bra. Panty liner and the adhesive going to have mucho material biologico … hope we find out before the weekend.

There is a fine art to crossing an expert imo and "Esteemed Defence Counsel" appears largely unprepared and has the finesse of a herd of elephants imo. Its maddening because this witness is not the one to spend extended time with and frankly I don't know why they couldn't simply stipulate this evidence?

I do very much wonder if after 4 years of working with "Esteemed Defence Counsel" whether the trust between the parties is simply gone? Everybody has a job to do but if the parties don't trust each other then the trial becomes "A Highway To Hell" for all involved. Its tough too because imo he hasn't done his homework and isn't coming in to each day in Court prepared. This makes it impossible to speed things up too or have effective cross.

Whoever said the plot has been lost by "Esteemed Defence Counsel" I think was correct today as if this much time is spent on a small part of the evidence then I'm not sure how long this all might take?

During cross-examination, Schoenhorn spent nearly 45 minutes going over Roy's notes, pointing out items that weren't tested for blood because she saw no evidence of a stain and the number of items that tested negative for blood. The items that tested negative included a razor, license plates on a truck owned by an employee of Fotis Dulos and some garbage bags.

Other garbage bags did test positive for blood, as did four zip ties, a bra and shirt soaked in what appeared to be blood and a white towel with blood-like stains, Roy told prosecutors. Many of the items were sent to be tested for DNA. The results of those tests were not revealed during Thursday's testimony.

Arrest warrants said the clothing, which had been slit up the middle, belonged to Jennifer Dulos, as did the DNA found on the zip ties.

Roy's testimony will resume in the morning.
