Why on earth did JS ask for clarification on that one positive? He was doing so well sitting and being quiet. But we all knew she was testing for blood so a positive was going to be "positive for the screening test for blood". Why call attention to the defense table at all? Was it an attempt to distract?

Attaching a screen grab of the "hardish" white object with reddish brown staining.
Maybe we are starting to see why JFd was declared deceased ahead of the seven year threshold.

If there's any part of JFd, no matter how small, with tool marks....

Four trash bags

Two trash bags taped together

Multiple pieces of tape

Took swabbings of nonadhesive side of tape, collected it for trace

Swabbed a tangle of tape for touch DNA

One reddish brown stain on the exterior of the nondamaged bag. Positive for the screening test.

Damaged bag was inside out.

Nondamaged bag was outside out.

Swabbed several areas for trace, no screening tests

One folded unused trash bag

Brownish stained, screening test, positive for blood

One plastic trash bag
I’m also curious if they will be able to match the trash bags to those found in Jennifer’s house, or 80 Mountain Spring, or maybe some from each.

From the arrest warrant we know MT had a DNA match to the two garbage bags taped together.

Thoughts on this??

Speaking outside the courthouse during the lunch break, attorney Jon Schoenhorn, representing Troconis, said prosecutors were engaging in "kind of a waste of time" revealing piece by piece that nearly all of the evidence gathered in the case tested negative for blood.

"The state's allowed to put on its case apparently at whatever speed it wishes, but I have to speed my cross-examination up," he said. "We're going to be hearing almost everything tested negative."

But Schoenhorn conceded that at least one bag found in Hartford contained blood that tested positive for the DNA of Jennifer Dulos.

"I'm not surprised that it's going to be Jennifer Dulos' blood, I'm not contesting that," Schoenhorn said. "But testing everything else, having it be negative for blood, or not confirmed as blood, is kind of — in my view — is taking up a lot of unnecessary time."

Why is this allowed?

Yikes. That looks like a jaw fragment with intact teeth.

Looks like a tooth with part of the root!

Metal scraper

Orange red stain, no bloodlike stains

Two swabbings for touch, submitted for DNA analysis

Its shouldn't be. There should have been a gag imposed and imo Judge R totally missed the boat on this because the State has never really spoken about this case. Simply wrong imo. I also strongly suspect he and Troconis Crew are being paid by NBC CT. Speculation on my part based on number of "exclusive" reports and interviews.
