Paying a third party professional expert witness

And Ms Roy clearly a thorough, careful, employee who appears to have done her job by the book.

So agree. She was entitled to be paid for her time and work and to say otherwise I think would be totally wrong. I'm glad she is back and making even more money to add to her retirement nest egg!

Completely agree. I think the fact that Easter was almost a month earlier but used as a ploy right before the 24th shows this was probably being planned for a while.

Atty Weinstein is imo quite possibly one of the ONLY bright lights (other than GF and children of course!) in this horrific case. He also went after Atty Pattis and via the settlement stopped Pattis from talking or writing about the case for 40 years or so iirc to protect legacy of FD.

He also brilliantly assisted GF to gain some level of justice in the Civil Case against FD and FORE even while FD and his friends worked so hard to keep any cash from GF via the houses etc. FORE was a true rats nest of accounting and tax irregularities and so Atty Weinstein had to pick his battles but he did battle and battled fair and hard with great dingnity against a crew of lawyers and FD who had no issue lying on the stand in Court or in depositions.

Frankly I would very like like to see his exceptional talent and keen understanding of justice deployed against MT and the Troconis Crew in a Civil Case but that can be another topic for another day as this trial must be completed first imo.

JS trying to break Ms Roy. He can see she is nervous, but she knows her job and her notes. None of her tests identify victims, perpetrators or accomplices - so he’s wasting his time just trying to make it look like it’s all fake tests … of course he knows the results of all the dna tests, it’s in the evidence bundle. Is that panty liner MT? And he’s trying to say that bag was separate from the shirt & bra? It could be JFs, odd her bottoms not found and this liner was not blood soaked like the shirt and bra. Panty liner and the adhesive going to have mucho material biologico … hope we find out before the weekend.
One panty liner in a huge black bin liner is weird. Is it part of MT guilty clothes for disposal? Or more of JF clothes.

What are the chances both the defendant and JFd would be using them at the same time? The defendant overshared during her interview so, if we believe her, then either that's hers or it's JFd's. And if it's the defendant's, that makes a really compelling argument for the charges levied against her.

If JFd was ( pardon my reference) “done away with” - it would be attached to her undies. Did they check the fiber attached to the adhesive? Could determine type of undies.

As we don't yet know when PG will go to the stand to testify I wanted to put out the series of messages from 'reposter' Shannon Miller of NBC CT who is emerging it sadly seems as the official mouthpiece of the Troconis Crew and "Esteemed Defence Counsel".

This was a statement issued by the Crew regarding 'another suspect' it seems who wasn't being pursued while their 'beloved daughter' is being persecuted and even threw in a reference to 'blind eye of justice'. The Crew also state that immunity was granted to PG 'without a thorough investigataion". Right. With all the testimony we have heard so far (and its nowhere near done imo on PG) does anyone YET believe that LE didn't pull apart the PG story from top to bottom?

I simply don't know what to make of clearly false statements like these as I believe this one to refer to PG who has been cleared by CT LE. How in the world can "Esteemed Defence Counsel" think that statements such as these made by the Troconis Crew which are patently FALSE are a good idea for his client?

I do hope Atty Urso examines these statements as I wonder if they cross into the territory of defamation both by the Troconis Crew and NBC CT who know these statements to be FALSE? At a minimum I believe Atty Urso could ask NBC CT to remove the statements of the Troconis Crew as they are factually incorrect aka pure lies imo!

I find it interesting that this rosary carrying and courtroom praying Crew are choosing via public statements (blindly reposted with zero context by "I'm not a Reporter Shannon Miller" who makes no note that PG was cleared by LE) to continue to persecute an innocent man who was by all accounts put through "HELL" by FD and MT in the events surrounding the murder of VICTIM, JF as they tried to frame him for the murder of JF.

I almost think these social media posts deserve special attention and fact checking so will work on it as time permits as to see this disinformation posted by Shannon Miller NBC CT with no context is something that I believe to be absolutely professionally irresponsible AT A MINIMUM.

Yes, caught it and instead of listening to him I spent the time in deep prayer that the witness on the stand would not hurl herself at “Esteemed Defence Counsel” for his continued errors of technical language and that he would then get the mistrial he has been angling for! Can you imagine being an expert witness and having to contend with such errors?
