A total of five human hairs were sent to be tested for DNA, Vailonis said during testimony. Three of the hairs were from clear plastic bag — that may have been a poncho — that was seized from Albany Avenue and Green Street in Hartford, she said. The fourth hair was from piece of garbage bag also from a trash bin on Albany Avenue and Green Street, Vailonis said.

The fifth hair was found with a towel, she previously testified. As part of her work, Vailonis said she sent several other swabs from black plastic bags to be tested for DNA. She held up a black plastic bag showing the court where she took swabs and a sample of the bag. She took swabs from the top of the bag because she imagined someone would have picked up the bag or tied it, she said.

Judge R imo is not stopping the "Testimony Cross" smoke throwing of "Esteemed Defence Counsel" and this past attempt at Cross got so bad that the witness couldn't even find a question with her huge microscope from the lab!

Situation is a total farce imo and IDK why we aren't seeing more objections or Judge intervention....

When will they share the results of all this testing? I may be mistaken but the items presented right now all seem to be items MT may have had contact with or belonged to her person, ie, the hair, the cleaning supplies.

Think also the State needs to present evidence that a JC is deceased, that she was murdered in order to then move with MT conspirator and accessory.

Their hands did look whiteish, but I think that is maybe from the inside of disposable gloves that can have a powder substance in them.

IDK about the bleached hands but the sneaker print (partial print found in blood in Welles garage) is believed to be from a pair of Converse, Chuck Taylor style. In Starbucks it appears MT is wearing a pair of Black Adidas sneakers with white toe cap. Speculation on my part as LE has not commented yet on brand/model of Welles garage sneakers and I cannot identify the Starbucks Adidas sneakers model or comment on its connection (if at all) to anything related to this horrific murder perpetrated by FD with the assistance of MT and KM. MOO

I like the way they have presented evidence. May seem drawn out but if I am a juror and the dna results show Jennifer’s blood anywhere that MT has been, especially tying in with Jennifer's death, then it’s over for MT. I believe the jury already knows MT was part of all this. For FD and MT this was all about money.
Sorry, I guess I’m stating the obvious,

I think State cannot mention the divorce or civil suit in this trial (JF mother suing FD in 2018 for his non-payment of mortgage & living in 4 JC w mistress mischi. JF parents were guarantors in mortgage, he stops paying so they must pay for him to live there with MT, while JF has to rent another property!!!).

I’m not sure when precisely the treatment of expert witnesses crosses the line into the territory of harassment by “Esteemed Defence Counsel” but I think today might have been the second day in a row where it might have occurred and interestingly enough both expert witnesses were female.

It’s quite disheartening to not see the State objecting about how witnesses are treated in the Courtroom as well as the Judge.

Witnesses should not be subjected imo to aggressive, hostile or threatening questioning and they should be in a protected safe environment so they can do their job.

I’m holding Judge R responsible for not mandating that questions be clear and not contain testimony. Today I clocked three examples of “esteemed defense counsel” testifying for more than 9 minutes with no question yet on the horizon.

Why is Judge R allowing this and why is State not objecting?

JS has had this evidence for 4 years, He has wanted the prosecution to identify what their court plan was for this period of time. IMO...JS has spent this time writing countless boiler plate motions and objections and barely cracked the boxes of evidence given to him.

It is irritating that NOW he is acting as if he has had no previous knowledge of the key forensic evidence in the trial. IMO, again, this is sheer laziness on JS's part.
