As this unfolds with the testimony of PG, it seems that perhaps MT was an interim companion for FD perhaps? As how soon had FD moved on to AC in the timeline?
(Snipped for focus)
It’s my impression that FD officially moved on to AC after FD and MT were instructed by LE not to contact each other after the first arrests. Others may be more precise.

I have no idea at what point(s) he was in contact with AC.

PG talking about 61 Sturdbridge on May 24th. Had the Raptor for two weeks.

We're you aware you'd be in court talking about your whereabouts?

Objection leading and argumentative

Judge: it's neither leading nor argumentative.

Did you make a timeline? No.

He was there from 10 until 2:30.

House was in the finishing stages.

Never saw FD, never spoke to FD that morning.

Never had been to JFd's house.

PG texted FD an invoice. After lunch some time.

FD asked what time, PG said 4:30.

  • #946
Earlier FD had told PG not to come to 4 JC between 7 am and 9 am because FD said he had a meeting with his divorce attorney.

State asks PG to tell the jury why he wanted the Tacoma rather than the Raptor to carry the dirt bike home. PG turns and explains to the jury that the Tacoma has a 6 ft bed, while Raptor has only a 5', so motorbike would not likely fit.

Love that the State had PG speaking directly to the jury.

Per PG testimony, 6 foot bed length in the Toyota Tacoma. And shorter in the Ford Raptor. Seems another reason FD wanted the Toyota? The bed length is longer. MOO

Left 61 Sturbridge. Filled the Raptor tank. Saved the receipt, paid with company card. Farmington gas station.

Then 4 JC. 4:30-4:40. Pulled straight in. Did not see FD, did not see MT, did not see and vehicles.

Called FD. No answer. Went inside. Saw a phone charging. Went to the office. Looking for the key to the Tacoma. He wanted the Tacoma for the larger bed and lower chasis, better to load the dirt chasing.

Had a key to house and office. Since 2016.

Went to 585 Deercliff. One minute away.

Needed a 2x10 to load his dirt bike. Knew it was there because he used it to load his bike before.

Garage was used for storage. Misc supplies and a Cayenne Porsched. Crushed. Like Sunstone hit a tree. Thought it was Jennifer's. Estimated he was there for a minute. Garage wasn't locked.

Why did you load the 2 x 10 in the Raptor? Because I thought I might try to load the dirt bike into the Raptor. Decided to go to 80 MS. 7 minute drive.

Arrived at 80 MS. Pulled in next to his truck (Tacoma), parked where he had left it. Away from the garage.

White Jeep and Chevy Suburban was there.

FD and MT were there.

FD looked surprised. MT same.

FD was standing by the Suburban, 1st garage bay. Had a Thule.

MT was standing back, by the Jeep.

PG commented on FD's hair. What are you doing? You shaved your head? You're wearing dirty clothes. Are you trying to be as handsome as me?

FD just smiled.

FD said MT was cleaning windows

Objection. Overrruled.

... and FD was cleaning outside.

Did you ever see the defendant cleaning properties before? No.

Did you see any cleaning supplies? Trssh bags? No.

So much for MT's claim that when PG arrived, she and FD were having "relations" against the side of the Toyota. That was purely an attempt at stupefying LE officers who were interviewing her.

Guess MT and FD weren’t on top of each other against the vehicle as MT had claimed.

I would love to know how the Troconis clan is reacting to the testimony of PG. MT's ugly and damning words and behavior were on full display in court. A far cry from the princess description they have been spouting.
I'm sure they have prepared all their comments to be released later today after court ends.

Yesterday's posts imo looked like a druken texting rant gone really really badly....AND still attempting to blame PG which imo given what we are hearing today continues to be a SHAMEFUL attempt to defame an innocent and hard working man.

MOO

After PG joked, FD and MT seemed normal.

PG commented on the grass he seeded.

FD was wearing light blue jeans with holes, brown shoes. T-shirt.

MT was wearing black leggings.

FD and PG walked around the house, talking about the grass.

PG saw track marks from a landscaper.

2 - 3 minutes.

All three standing by the 1st bay.

PG had a discussion, asked FD to give him a ride to 4 JC. 4 cars, 3 people.

FD agreed. MT said she had to go meet someone about rugs.

Got in the Raptor but then saw the key to his Tacoma in the passenger door.

Drove the Raptor, left first. Met FD at 4 JC. FD had the Suburban. MT had the Jeep.

First went to 585 to drop off his tools and 2x10. Then went to 4 JC.

The Suburban was parked in the left bay. Saw FD. No MT, no Jeep.

FD was on his phone in the mudroom/kitchen.

Back to 80 MS in the Raptor with FD.

No one else present.

Key gone.

FD said MT had the keys.

FD asked him if he wanted to keep the Raptor for the weekend. Did not. Wanted the Tacoma to transport his dirt bike.

Listening to PG testimony - Is MT taking the keys from the Toyota Tacoma a portion of the conspiracy? And with possible movement of the vehicles as well? And her involvement? MOO
