So, by Tuesday, MT knows that JD has been missing since Friday night and the kids are in NYC with GF and an armed guard (remember, MT joked with FD whether he could have sex in jail in NY?), so after 4 days missing, when they tell PG Tuesday morning, all MT can think of to explain Jennifer’s disappearance is “maybe it’s the lawyers playing games?”

And FD chimes in that JD isn’t capable of taking care of the kids.

This is how they presented Jennifer’s disappearance to PG??

Earlier FD had told PG not to come to 4 JC between 7 am and 9 am because FD said he had a meeting with his divorce attorney.

Another lie from a lying liar. AFAIK, KW did "help" him with the civil actions GF initiated to recover the huge sums loaned to him from Hilliard Farber. The abuse, financial and otherwise, accelerated after HF died in 2017 IMO.

FD asked PG to help move the Tacoma to 80 MS. Can't recall the exact date. Was the only time FD asked such a thing.

FD drove the Tacoma and he followed in the Raptor to 80 MS. Never asked. Thought maybe he was upset about the oil.

FD parked the Tacoma, nose out, and they returned to 4 JC.

During his testimony, the soft-spoken Gumienny has swiveled back and forth in his chair on the witness stand. At points, members of the jury have moved their chairs closer to better hear him.

Remember, this is MT talking when she told PG she wasn't going to do one either.

Meaning: she may have surmised from his reaction that PG thought creating a written timeline sounded suspicious, so claimed she wasn't going to do one either so as to avoid suspicion, but was lying and did in fact intend to do one (as we know she did).

I think they are like club chairs are on wheels and you can rock back and forth in them. They are not stationary. I am in my car but I think the judge may have the same chair off the top of my head JMO
