And in honor of that, Sergeant Schultz from Hogan’s Heroes Austrian-born American actor John Banner:

JS put it out there. He wants a timeline so he can arrange his witnesses who are traveling from out of the country. Maybe he's found the defendant's 6th grade teacher. Seriously in expecting him to try to bring in character witnesses-- people who scarcely know the defendant and will tell a beige story about her shiny good deeds. Witnesses to nothing in the case --

As this case goes on, I find myself picturing rotted pieces of fruit. FD and his paramour both. At first they look like fruit.... but the inside has rotted to mush. Maggots spilling out and the thin veneer-skin is pulled away.

The defendant has such vitriol. For a woman she never met. Who was smart enough to try to protect her children from her. Who put her children first. Who was all the things naturally that the defendant wishes and pretends she is but never could be.

JS testifying to the public through prepared sound bites delivered by the Troconis clan is just as maggoty.

This part with the judge about the sweatshirt is worth going back to watch, for those reviewing. Heightened passions is putting it mildly.

McG (state) vociferously takes down JS.
Albeit he has to apologize to Judge R for his “zeal”- Judge R admonishes him, “no buts”.

One last but (or that might be butt): JS is a crock of [“am I allowed to use bad words?”]. Piece of work…
@sleuth66 I heard bits and pieces today. I was listening for that part. JS so totally misrepresented their stipulation about the mystery box/ hoodie/tools that the state was livid. And JS has no shame he just pivots and misrepresents again.
McG knows his stuff and was on his last nerve with JS’ shenanigans.
I will be able to follow tomorrow morning and then I cannot watch in the afternoon. I guess that’s ok with me. Watching JS twist Pawel’s words and talk down to him in that patronizing way of his would be hard to watch. I hope Pawel remains cool under pressure.
Imo

MOO

I so feel for PG. He likely telegraphed guilt but he was in internal conflict. Didn't want to cross FD, didn't want to lose his job. I'm sure he was thinking wife, kids, food, mortgage, non compete, moving, green card, deportation.

His children can be so proud of their dad's integrity. In him the Dulos children, too, have a fine example of a true man. Humble. Honest. Hard-working. With nothing to hide.

Hating that MT and FD saw him as a useful idiot, easy to victimize. PG trusted FD.
Hating that JS will be abusive to PG tomorrow. Likely a lot about his immunity.

I predict that JS will intentionally mispronounce, ramble then say let me rephrase or retract and use obscure words to trip PG up.

Curious...did the State ask Pawel if MT spoke english? Or at least how her english speaking skills are? I only caught bits and bites today. I hope so!

JS said he has “at least” four full days of testimony on defense case.

He has 2 expert witnesses coming in that he only gave prosecution their CVs and no reports.
Expert witnesses DNA experts to discredit the 3 MT skin cells on the two bags.
That won’t undo “bury the butch next to the dog”.

I don’t remember him being asked that, but hope they will.

English is obviously not PG’s first language, but he seems to have no trouble understanding or speaking without an interpreter.

Interesting tidbit about the non-compete clause. No wonder he was reluctant to say anything. Poor guy.
That non-compete totally wrong & could not be enforced, only pull that 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on someone who doesn’t know. FD and his 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 lawyers taking advantage. Can NOT block a person from working in a whole state. Though FD would try to break him w legal fees.
This makes me angry.

The whole discussion about the box convinced me of her absolute guilt. Tools especially.
JS was gunning for a mistrial (again) with this … him needing to be a witness.

Two verbal threats. I mean…….if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck….
I was on the fence whether MT was involved after the intent or schemed with FT beforehand. Her making two statements so openly in front of a third person about 1.) how JFD should be buried (I want to vomit typing this) and 2.) how she wants to kill her makes me now believe she schemed with FD ahead of time for a while. She didn’t say “I want to beat her up” which is still bad. She went straight to murder and her being “gone” both times. Like many of you said, she saw JFD as the last obstacle in the way of making her life perfect and she had a lot to gain from her disappearance. Her statements fit the puzzle.

I brought this up earlier, wondered if I had just missed it, but seems nobody heard it so must surmise it was not asked. It is something the State needs to hammer this to the jury by asking every witness who had direct contact with MT.

As far as MT talk about killing/burying JD, that just appalls me! My fiance was divorced from his son's mother and had nothing good to say about her but I never repeated what he said as I felt it was exaggerated and I would never have wanted her dead. Just don't get it.

Maybe whomever is in the gallery reading this can slip the prosecution a note tomorrow! You are right. The State needs to hammer this to the jury and as often as possible.

What happened with the tools?

  • #1,138
MT dna all over the tools (if that is what you are asking). Her hair on the hoodie. The whole broken chain of custody negates that, unfortunately.

With all the objections about things having nothing to do with his client, he got his wish.
2 ugly statements from sweet Michi's mouth.
Moo.

FD Light color blue jeans
Pavel reveals that FD has a third pair of jeans that are not dark or black, but light blue and ripped and presumably missing.
