Neighbour tells court she heard a scream, a thud and squeal of tyres on April 19. Police speak to her twice before she tells. #badenclay

Kate Kyriacou ‏@KateKyriacou
The neighbour says she "couldn't place the night" first two times she was questioned so she didn't bring it up. #badenclay

oh awful :(

PS - sorry, I'm confused, is there an actual witness list or do we only find out who the witnesses are when they show up? I'm so wondering if <modsnip> parade of mistresses will be called, esp TM.

We'll heard now from the police officer who did the forensic examinations of mobile phones. #badenclay

I want one question asked of TM, did he wear his wedding ring on a regular basis around you? If so, did it make you uncomfortable or did you ever ask him to take it off?

If he didn't wear it then well he's now wearing it for show.

Hi Snails, I'm back again, for about an hour.

I wonder why other witnesses didn't report hearing tyres screeching? If screams and thuds were heard, wouldn't they also have heard this? IMO, some of these sounds heard that night are unrelated to Allison. Which ones - who knows!

This is going to be a very technical witness. He's saying he uses a combination of hardware and software to get info from iPhone. #badenclay

Those last reports of thuds etc. was that near the home or at the bridge?

I don't understand how this witness Mrs Rhodes, was told at the command centre on friday the 20th about Allison being missing and not connecting the screams, thuds and car wheels just hours before and she was a close neighbour, though that may be explained partly if she did she not know where Allison went missing from and therefore didn't make the connection then.

2.11pm: Court has resumed for the afternoon with testimony from Brookfield physiotherapist Anne Rhodes.

Ms Rhodes gave two statements to police - one on May 30, 2012 and the second on June 7, 2012.

The court heard Ms Rhodes lives in close proximity to the Baden-Clay house and dropped into the police command post on April 20 to ask what was happening.

She was told they were looking for a missing woman.

Defence barrister Peter Davis said Ms Rhodes would later tell police she heard screams on the night of April 19 - but hadn't mention that to the officers on the command post.

The court heard both she and her husband didn't mentioned the screams nine days later when police came to visit.

''I hadn't actually put that together,'' she said.

''It was an isolated incident and it didn't occur to me.

''Foul play didn't cross my mind at all.''
