HeadruledHeart, it was mentioned here today that TMH's brother is a lawyer. Is this her brother or her adult son? Can you confirm for us?

Flabbergasted, TM only has twin 14 year old sons. It has never been established that the Mr. McHugh seen on some Facebook sites is in fact TM's brother. Having looked at his background and that of TM, it is highly unlikely that they are siblings.

I had always hoped that maybe Allison's nails were painted at the time of her death, and that a small fragment of nail polish embedded itself in his wounds. Wishful thinking, I know!

2.45pm: A FORENSIC biologist has told the Brisbane Magistrates Court she matched Allison Baden-Clay's DNA to a sample taken from the back of the family's Holden Captiva, where blood was found.

Dr Amanda Reeves said she was given a swab from the Holden to compare with Allison's DNA.

"Yes, there was a match obtained," she said.

"The DNA profile obtained from the sample matched the reference profile of Allison Baden-Clay."

Dr Reeves also took samples from Allison's fingernails but was unable to extract any "meaningful" DNA.

Interesting that TM used the words "I loved him". I get the feeling she still loves him. I wonder if GBC picked up on the past tense in her statement.

Hi Strangeworld - I was there this morning and am just getting my notes together now. Wow! I just had to respond to your post - I am no psychologist nor any expert on human behaviour (just merely a very curious person aka sticky-beak) - and from what I saw this morning I sadly think you are 100% right - she still loves him IMO. Not one thought at any point in the past or present about Allison's feelings or fate - to TM, it is all about her and GBC's relationship and how hard it was on her.

I wonder how GBC's defence team plan to explain this? If they can't discredit the evidence then their only alternative is for GBC to give evidence under oath that the blood got there some other way. Then he would be open to questioning from the prosecution on a whole range of things.

I'm wondering if as a result of evidence presented at the committal, there's theoretically the possiblility for accomplices to be arrested?
