Interesting stuff reading back through older reports now...

December 14, 2012

Gerard Baden-Clay has been denied bail after his defence team claimed an examination of the Crown's murder case against the accused wife killer showed a "good, if not better case" that Allison Baden-Clay committed suicide.

He then went through the change in circumstances alleged by the defence - they now had the Crown brief of evidence, the Crown case was substantially weaker than what had been presented in June and that there was a "real alternative to the Crown theory", that being that Mrs Baden-Clay committed suicide

http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/que...denied-bail-20121214-2beo5.html#ixzz2O39aEuUx

I'm not sure defence will be able to come up with any other "real alternative" now.

I think that mark on the chest is pinching, the skin bunches up, kind of puckers and that's why it appears to have striations through it, only the skin with the pressure applied marks. She's grabbed a handful of skin and squeezed. The bruise is likely to be from Allison hitting with the pinkie finger side of her fist. IMO. I used to do that to my brothers when we were wrestling/fighting.

I think it safe to say he wasn't reading it through all the discussions way back about the roundabout...lol.

He had to ask Bruce Flegg if there was a CCTV there??
Why ask Flegg if there is a cctv at the roundabout, must have had a good reason , I am confused

Great result today-thanks everyone for some awesome posts! Those photos of the scratches on Gerard are very graphic of how hard Allison fought for her life. I can't understand Olivia at all. How can she believe or pretend to believe that Gerard is innocent of the crime and think there's another mystery person who murdered Allison- who could it be when Allison's blood (DNA) was in the car Gerard drove, leaves from their property were all over Allison and Allison's scratches were clearly all over Gerard the morning after her so called disappearance. It will be interesting if an accomplice will now be named and arrested. Or maybe that's after the trial this could happen? There must be someone else involved and that could be a family member or TM - she seemed to be pretty tense on the stand. That second car spotted on the night might be the key ... but who was driving?

Somehow I dont think TM is stupid enough to be involved covering up a murder . I could see her being tense in the dock , facing your ex lover and getting grilled about afairs etc , all of this for the whole world to see or read about

Squizzey he would have asked about it because the roundabout was mentioned by police in news.

If he'd been reading the forum he would have known there was a CCTV as it had been mentioned over & over again as soon as the reports came out about it.

December 16, 2012

Later Baden-Clay phoned him and asked about a media report about the Kenmore roundabout and whether there was a camera there, Dr Flegg said.

Alioop when do you think it will go to trial?

May Allison get the justice she could not receive in life.

Maybe by the end of the year at the earliest.

  • #429
Alioop were you at court today? Looking forward to your comments and observations if so! How are you whatif? Was anyone else there today?

No I wasn't but I was in touch with someone who was.

I was walking through bunnings when I read the news and there was no one to share it with :(

Yes , but if he or nbc or someone else wasnt there then it wouldnt matter if there was a camera or not .what i mean is he must have had a good reason to be worried if he needed to ask if there was a camera there

After seeing the photos of GBC's injuries, I can only imagine what Allison's injuries must have looked like by the time he'd murdered her. We will never see photos of those injuries but Allison certainly did leave her mark on him. The word 'branded' comes to mind. She branded him with the evidence needed to charge him with her murder.

TM needs to get a life. She loved GBC! So did Allison Toni! Allison fought for her marriage and then fought for her life! Did you not question GBC about all of the injuries on his body? Of course you did! Has it ever crossed your mind that it could have been you laying dead in the mud at Kholo Creek?

Olivia Walton, go home to your children FFS.

I'm going for a walk along the beach now. I need some fresh air.

My opinion only and not that of Websleuths.
