Missing Person Case
Judith Ann Rhones – The Charley Project
Judith Ann Rhones
Rhones was last seen leaving her job at a Safeway store at 17th Street and Columbia Road northwest in Washington D.C. on March 8, 1994. She has never been heard from again.
Rhones had worked at Safeway for eight and a half years prior to her disappearance. She had a baby daughter in 1994, and left the child in the care of a friend while she worked. Rhones did not own a vehicle and would normally take two buses and the Metro to get home, which was in the 1500 block of 41st Street southeast.
Her case remains unsolved. It is uncharacteristic of her to leave without warning.
