Found Safe DC - Kylee Palmer, 1, missing after mom fell out of 8th story window, NW, 21 Apr 2022 *Arrest*

A woman is alive after falling from the eighth story following what police are calling a "domestic incident" Thursday night in the 4500 block of Connecticut Ave, NW.

DC Police found the woman conscious and breathing a little after 7 p.m. and took her to an area hospital where she is being evaluated.

Police also say that a 1 year-old child is "critical missing" following the incident. The child, Kylee Palmer, can be seen below.

Police are investigating and 7News will have more information shortly.

I'm so glad the baby is safe.
I just hope the Mother will make it.

I don't know how someone survives a fall from that height though, unless they fell on something soft, or an awning or something

Maybe the legs being tied together might have turned out why she survived ?

I expect the perpetrator will be charged with that plus a lot more but how extraordinary that both mother and child survived!
