I wonder if he took Relisha there and left her with someone.

I hope KLT did leave Relisha with someone because the alternative is even worse.

It's obvious to me that SY prostituted her daughter.

I am going to say IMHO this whole family is sadly products of their own environment. I am a firm believer of that because I grew up in DC and I saw the culture firsthand, daily. It is devastatingly sad for all, old and young, living in that kind of poverty.

She still needs to go to jail tho.

This case is by far the saddest one I have read on here the past year I have been lurking.

Officials familiar with the investigation say Rudd's mother, grandmother and Kahlil Tatum, the man suspected of abducting the girl, were all working together in an effort to fool teachers and administrators at Payne Elementary School into believing the 8-year-old was not coming to school because she was sick.
“He basically assured the school the child had been ill and gave some detailed information around that,” said Bebe Otero, the Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services

I updated my map with some key points.

There was a live broadcast on NBC Washington just a little bit ago that had information that I had not heard, but admittedly, I have not been able to watch much news lately.

These points can be added to the timeline, if not already on there.

3/19 - Kahlil left work abruptly and drove to Richmond and back, though they do not know why
3/19 - Social Worker arrives at DC General inquiring for Dr Tatum and paperwork explaining Relisha's absences
3/19 - Khalil and Andrea Tatum check into the Red Roof Inn, Rm 132
3/20 - Kahlil calls friend and asks him to pick him up at the Red Roof Inn and drop him off at the Southern Avenue Metro
3/20 - Shortly after Kahlil is picked up, Andrea Tatum is found dead in the hotel room.

I speculate now that the white truck actually belongs to the friend and may have actually been parked at the friend's residence in the 1600 block of N Street when it was found. I have not been able to find a link to any residents on that street to Tatum's FB yet, though I speculate that many of his "friends" are not actually on his FB.

Let me know if there is anything additional to add to my map.

Thanks for the additional info. I'm not sure if anyone else is doing a timeline but I will certainly update the one I had going.

As for the address where the truck was found and people on that street there are two tools I myself use for these types of searches (you veterans probably already know this though, or know of/use something more helpful) I tried with both of the sites I use and couldn't find any names I could link to him or his wife. Maybe someone more seasoned might have better luck? These are the tools I use and it will pull up names of those in surrounding homes.

Now saying the grandmother and the aunt were called at 9:07am. Tatum said she had cooked breakfast, scrambled egg and toast with that the granddaughter and then they talked to Relisha...and Relisha told 'em same thing and she didn't burn anything and it tasted good. Per this Pringle on JVM...

Pringle says the story is Tatum offered help in getting Relisha a scan because she was having migraines and the mother and "stepfather" couldn't afford it and Medicaid wouldn't pay for it. HOLD UP! Looking at this again I see something missing that is very crucial and that is NO mention of Relisha!!

Oh no! My stomach just dropped because I think I just realized this is not good considering they were searching woods by the shelter today. I was so convinced he still had her somewhere, now I am not sure.

I keep possessively checking for updates and my heart has been in my stomach since those images were released.

Where is this child!!!
