The pictures in this link look like they all have brick like floor doesn't it? I always take the train (Amtrak) once a year but from Richmond to Florida some where. There are no escalators at those stations. I did go to union station a few times. But it was not to take the train it was to go on the Mega Bus. I honestly don't remember the floors or ground any where I went. I'll have to try and study that video for awhile.

Here's the link with the pictures again.

From the Prince George County warrant above, when police entered KLT's apartment they observed a large amount of U. S. currency sitting on a table in plain view. :(

It came to $87.

Am I missing something reading these warrants? I am not seeing what they found (inventory). It appears that this info was redacted by way of various characters and letters? Am i overlooking the inventory that they found?

GREAT first post PrivateEye006! I have snipped and bolded portions of your post to comment on.

He looks VERY shady....either looking for someone, watching someone or waiting for something...
He is not RSL - nor does he seem to resemble any of the folks on his FB page...
IMO, he seems very aware of the camera, as he appears to look directly at it. It strikes me as though he seems nervous at this point, perhaps because of the camera and maybe he now realizes this probably might not have been the best place to be meeting, or whatever was taking place at this location.

I have said from DAY 1 - that the reason his wife was murdered was either because she found out what he was doing or she threatned to tell what she knew once the girl went missing.
However, as time has gone on...and the more I have researched and read...I am starting to think that he didn't kill himself - and maybe didn't kill her (AT) either...
WHY would a man, his wife and two or three other men, check into a hotel not far from their home together...then everyone leave (other than KT and AKT) an hour later??? Why would RSL return in the morning to pick him up??? he had not only his car, but hers too....there was a meeting and they ALL had an agenda.
I totally agree. I am not 100% convinced that his death was a suicide either. I have also considered the possibility that he didn't kill his wife, but I have problems with that theory. Simply because no matter how much I go over the scenarios that I have, I can only get one to make sense. And that is with him being the one that killed her.

--IF one of the three that checked in on 3/19 with Tatum and his wife did in fact kill her, we know that those three left by 11:30. That would mean that Tatum remained, with his dead wife's body, for another 6-6 1/2 hours in that room. Why?? Was he upset? Needed time to spend with her to say goodbye? Maybe. But he filed for divorce from her on 2/7 so I have a hard time buying that. However, I do think that is a possibility.

--That leads me to believe that she was killed AFTER those three left. This makes sense because we know that he was the only one with her at that time, as LE has said nobody else came to that room until 5:40am, and nobody used a key card to enter that room after they all checked in until LE entered on the morning of 3/20. Therefore he HAD to have killed her according to this theory.

--But, revisiting the other possibility. Let's say he did not kill her. One of the other three killed her. Tatum was distraught. Yes, he filed for divorce, but he certainly didn't want things to end THIS way. So he stayed with her, he may have cried, held her. Again... WHY? I would be thinking, and probably most others in this situation as well, "OMG, they just killed her right here in front of me. I am not safe. I need to get out of here." But he didn't flee with, or shortly after the others. He stayed. For another 6 hours at least.

--Let's say that whoever killed him did in fact kill his wife. Why didn't they just also kill him at the same time? It makes no sense.

So that's where I'm at. Things always lead me back to him being responsible for her death. I am NOT convinced that he killed himself. But, I think I am, at least at this point, convinced that he DID kill her. I just can't make things add up any other way. And speaking of things not adding up... one thing that still has me puzzled is WHY did he need to be picked up?? Like you mentioned, he had TWO vehicles that he could have used to leave that hotel. Why did he need a ride? My theory is maybe he didn't need a ride. Maybe he was told to "stay put" until someone comes back for you. JMO

I'd love to hear more of your theory on this though! Please elaborate more on what you are thinking.

Relishas Father is Irving Rudd. Her sibling is named after him, too. Is this what they're getting at??

Yup, I believe that's what is being said.

I have tried avoiding this thread because it caused me severe angst when I first read of her missing. I am forcing myself to get back into it because Relisha is the Child Who Represents what people can't take: a beautiful, innocent, trusting and helpless-without-an-adult-around, 8 year old child, who has apparently had a not-so-ideal childhood so far. Lots of people cannot take that sort of pain so they turn that news story off.

A couple folks mentioned they thought the guy in the video was walking slowly or waiting for someone. Based on the escalator speed behind him, I think the vid itself is somewhat slowed down so the viewers can get a better look at him.

I agree, I was wondering if I was wrong but I don't feel like he is walking slowly compared to the pace of what we can see around him? I wish there were more people in the frame to compare.

There is something else I want to comment on regarding PrivateEye006's post.

There are too many lies, disconnects and misc. to consider this anything other than what it seems to be leading to - I didn't believe it at first but I am starting to think that this is a ring of people...

I know some here are leaning towards this possibility, myself included, but others not so much. Personally, I'm never one to jump on that whole pedo ring/🤬🤬🤬🤬 ring/trafficking theory. I know it does exist, and unfortunately a lot of kids do go missing under these circumstances. But that is never one of my first thoughts whenever a child goes missing. I tend to think of it more of an issue that you see in other countries, not here. But after sleuthing Tatum and some of his contacts on SM early on in this case, I started getting an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach. Then we saw the video from the Holiday Inn and I just knew there was something more going on.

So I started researching the human trafficking problem to see what I could find. And that led me to research the issue in the DC area alone. Then that led to me checking into other kids that have gone missing within the last couple years, all within an hour distance of DC. After that I started thinking that is exactly what is going on here with Relisha, and even quite possibly a few other missing kids in the area. The things I discovered is what pushed me in this direction.

One of the most important things I discovered is that DC has a SERIOUS human trafficking problem! I wasn't aware of that until this case. I posted some info on another missing thread here in the missing forum. I'm going to post it here on Relisha's thread as well. I am not trying to persuade anyone. That's not my intentions at all. I just think it's something that everyone needs to be aware of. Not just in this case, but possibly other missing kids, from DC especially. Because this problem seems to be rapidly growing in our nation.

Human Trafficking is a $32 billion industry worldwide, and it is happening throughout the world in every country and across the United States in every major city and small town. According to the Department of State, 2 million women and children are victims of human trafficking every year. In the United States, 300 thousand children are forced into child prostitution and child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 each year. In Washington DC alone, trafficking innocent children is a $100 million industry.

And another article here which talks about a non profit group that is educating young girls in the DC area, in the high schools and middle schools, as well as foster homes and homeless shelters. That seems to imply that this is indeed a very serious issue in this area!

Graves' journey eventually led her to work for Fair Girls, a non-profit based in Washington, D.C. One of several organizations working to educate schools and students about the issue, Fair Girls has designed a four-hour lesson plan called "Tell Your Friends" for high school and middle-school students.
"I want to raise the compassion bar so that any girl who becomes a victim is never seen as a girl who asked for it," said Andrea Powell, executive director of Fair Girls, which launched the curriculum in 2008.
The model reaches more than a 1,000 students a year at a dozen schools in Washington, as well as young people in homeless shelters and foster homes.

Here is info from the FBI's website that a task force was formed within the Washington Field Office in 2004 for this reason.

In 2004, the FBI’s Washington field office and the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department joined with a variety of nongovernment organizations and service providers to combat the growing problem of human trafficking within Washington, D.C.

By all appearances this case is going where I prayed it wouldn't. Not that any scenario in my head has a good outcome for little Relisha. My anger toward her Mother has multiplied beyond description right now :banghead: Reading the affidavits is a harsh reality.

How low can a modern-day criminal go? What an indictment on our present society.

I agree. And while I still don't understand it really, the closest thing I have seen that comes remotely close to even explaining it is a quote from the second article I posted just a few posts above.

"You can sell drugs once, you can sell a girl thousands of times."

And on that note I'm going to go watch a family movie with my daughter and TRY not to think of the number of girls out there that are in this very situation right now. And hope that Relisha is NOT one of them.
