Alright, Sleuthers.........who is IT?

The search warrants state that IT:

- returned to the Red Roof Inn and talked to KT
- observed AT lying on the bed when KT opened the door
- KT refused to allow IT to enter the room
- within the last month IT conducted internet searches for KT in an attempt to purchase a handgun
- IT utilized an Apple Ipad and downloaded images of handguns for KT

Who is IT?

This case has brought many newcomers. It's heartwarming from the new folk to those who have been around awhile. It reminds there are still good and caring people in this world. It gives me balance. And I need it in this case. LE has impressed me from the start. Relisha may be from the wrong side of the tracks but she is treated with dignity and respect as far as the manpower dedicated to finding her. There has to be resolution. There just has to be lease: Not a minute goes by I don't think of Relisha.

First time posting here - but would be remiss to not say how impressed I am with everyones input, knowledge and overall concern of this case. Being from the area - Capitol Hill and Northern VA, I am obviously heartbroken over this - something about this little girl - has touched all of us here...

Here is a few IMO's on this case I thought might be worth sharing...

Yes, this person is at a METRO station. Contrary to what a previous poster noted - this individual is ENTERING where the trains come in...not leaving the station. Looks like they are about to get on the platform. Because all floors are the same - it is so hard to tell where this is...

The guy - for some reason does not strike me as a DC dude...just a gut feeling...(with nothing to support that theory though):blushing:.

He is wearing Nike ACG boots...
What really stands out to me - again with nothing to back this up :blushing: - is that he is wearing gloves. Young dudes normally don't wear gloves...just my insight on that.

He looks VERY shady....either looking for someone, watching someone or waiting for something...
He is not RSL - nor does he seem to resemble any of the folks on his FB page...

I have said from DAY 1 - that the reason his wife was murdered was either because she found out what he was doing or she threatned to tell what she knew once the girl went missing.
However, as time has gone on...and the more I have researched and read...I am starting to think that he didn't kill himself - and maybe didn't kill her (AT) either...
WHY would a man, his wife and two or three other men, check into a hotel not far from their home together...then everyone leave (other than KT and AKT) an hour later??? Why would RSL return in the morning to pick him up??? he had not only his car, but hers too....there was a meeting and they ALL had an agenda.

OUT OF EVERYTHING I HAVE SEEN, THE ONE THING THAT STANDS OUT TO ME THE MOST - IS THIS....
When SY was interviewed and they asked her why she hadn't reported it...
Her response (and the only time I have ever seen any genuine emotion) was that she said "I thought they would take my other kids"
Lets think about this a minute...
yes, she may be a loser
Yes, she may be too ignorant to get out of the rain by herself
Yes, she may have made bad choices....
Yes, she is def not someone worthy of the blessing of children...

BUT - if she had no guilt other than what I have mentioned, why would her first response be that? Why would you think if you reported your daughter missing - off the break, that they would take your sons???
I think that little clue is a huge emission of guilt.

The Hotels -
The area that they are discussing - that all of these hotels are in...is KNOWN for prostitution...specifically - THOSE motels.
There is no pool....lol, not at those dumps...

If you watched the video of the shelter when they were dancing...did you notice someone seemed to knock on the door?? when TW/AW went to answer the door, did you see how he manhandled RR out of the way?? a little rougher than a man should be with a small girl.

There are too many lies, disconnects and misc. to consider this anything other than what it seems to be leading to - I didn't believe it at first but I am starting to think that this is a ring of people...

Yes. This. It troubles me greatly how quickly it was decided he was the only suspect in his wife's murder. Why were they in that hotel? Why did LE give the appearance of search not just the room where murdered wife was found but one on another floor above? Why was it so quickly decided that this man killed himself? Everything has happened so quickly once Mrs. Tatum was found. It troubles me greatly. What if? What if?

I am wondering the same thing, baltolady. I thought it was just me! Thought I missed something, so I back-tracked and re-read everything, but I still have no clue who IT is. I'm an IT (Information Technology) Specialist, so that was my first thought, but, um, that doesn't make sense.

I've been here on WS, on and off, all day, and my eyes are starting to cross and blur!

Funny nothing turned up in his home as far as guns or any signs of guns. Maybe being a convicted felon made him careful not to keep any of that stuff at home. We do know he wound up with a gun.

Also of note, there are many cameras at Red Roof Inn. I think they know Tatum killed his wife.

As far as why he needed a ride from RRI to the Metro, I think everyone at the hotel that night knew he was in trouble with LE. NOw how much they knew, idk. I think at minimum, he told them LE was after him. I think his wife balked, either wouldn't run with him or lie for him, and that's why she died.

I read and re-read every single warrant to see if it was a mistake, could it mean IT (as in your profession - I thought the same thing lol), secret police code (kidding). I was frantically looking at numerous FB pages for friends of known players and couldn't find anything. Now, I must go back and write the names down I have checked - so I won't keep looking at the same ones over and over.

Interesting that witnesses are listed as numbers (I get why) and these initials are stated. This may blow the Lyles theory out of the water for the gun research?

I agree. And while I still don't understand it really, the closest thing I have seen that comes remotely close to even explaining it is a quote from the second article I posted just a few posts above.

"You can sell drugs once, you can sell a girl thousands of times."

And on that note I'm going to go watch a family movie with my daughter and TRY not to think of the number of girls out there that are in this very situation right now. And hope that Relisha is NOT one of them.

And the thing that distresses me most is that the majority of those children of both sexes are not being snatched away. They're being prostituted, abused, and filmed for in their own homes, by the people who are supposed to love them and care for them. They're being betrayed by trusted neighbors and close relatives. They're being sold day by day by parents and siblings.

I just want to sit here and cry thinking about it.

Who is IT?

I am sure it must stand for something, but what I believe the detectives are doing is preventing anyone from knowing the sex of the person they are discussing at any given moment in the warrant.

Page 4 of the Prince George's County Warrant:

- The social worker had reported that IT had received information...
