Ok, if RSL is Witness One...then Witness Two is one of the other lying relatives. We were lead to believe that there were 3 other guys, KT, & AT but now....one of the "IT's" is a woman. My head hurts now.

I got the impression that there was a male (Lyles) and a female (not counting Andrea Tatum) along with Tatum.

LE did say in the warrants that the witnesses are numbered (odd numbering), but I suspect the I means Informant and no idea what the T means. I am really, really curious as to who this woman is.

**Grandma says the FBI has the swimsuit Tatum supposedly bought for Relisha. Grandma had better hope that Relisha's DNA is on that swimsuit because you just know that it is going to be tested. I hope it is also tested for touch DNA. Tatum's touch DNA may be on there because he is the one who supposedly brought it to Grandma. Maybe someone else's is present also.

I think SY and both sides of the family are in over their respective heads. They've watched too many crime shows and think it's easy to elude being caught in their lies. The FBI and LE may be moving too slowly for us, but they are getting there, IMO. It isn't easy. Remember the old Chinese proverb, "Little by little one goes a long way."

Apparently she drove there and she is the one who registered into the room. The rest gets crazy because everyone but AT and KT leave in a vehicle driven by a female. I'm now thinking they got picked up by yet another female.

Note: Earlier, I was confused and deleted my post. Thought the female drove away with two witnesses in one of the Tatum's cars.

What I found very interesting, in the warrants, was that KT's phone number/account was actually registered to AT and that from 9:39 PM 3/19/2014 the phone has not been active....as of the date of the warrant.

I just can't figure out how this so-called emergency shelter didn't notice that one of SY's kids was gone for nearly a month or report all the lavish purchases, from mid to late February, to DSS. What kind of shelter has no oversight on who is coming and going? Why were they being housed there for so long and where is the services coordination? What I mean by that is, what is expected of the tenants in order to get them back into a more permanent housing situation. Isn't DC General supposed to be an emergency and short term placement?

I agree. There is an article posted somewhere up thread where it states the shelter is now going to start doing head counts instead of just door knocks. So apparently they were just going through nightly and knocking on doors. Now they will actually count to ensure that everyone is accounted for. Shame they didn't do that sooner. . .considering the kind of people they are dealing with. It also shows that SY was totally complicit. When they were knocking on the door, she was telling them that everything was okie dokie. That's just like SY telling LE that she knew Relisha was "safe" when this all blew up. :banghead:

Interesting news....not a rumor- info from local acquaintances in the area

Apparently the FBI raided a girls house in SE- she claimed RR on her taxes- just as assumed - she got money for her kids due to someone else claiming. She was questioned heavily and house was torn apart. The friend that knows her said she really knew nothing about anything...other than, well tax fraud.


Apparently a few weeks before Tatum asked a friend of a friend if she knew where in the area that they offered affordable housing. He had the little girl with him. This was off Benning rd. smh.

Very common. People with not enough income to file (I think it's around $3500) but with kids, will allow someone else to claim their kids. The person who files will get a bit of a kick back. . .like $100-200 and the parent gets the rest. Total scam, but they all do it. SMH!

No, it's says that AT checked in on March 19th about 10:04 pm. There had to be a 3 car because both cars were in the parking lot the next morning when police arrived and changed it to the 1976 white gmc. Unless the used a car to go home but that doesnt make any sense. Then, he returns to hotel at 5:40 am to take KT to the Metro. So who call the police because they didn't arrive until around 8:58 am which meant KT could have used his own vehicle to get the metro...ijs & it is jmo.

My guess? That white truck was seen on video at the Red Roof Inn, and that's why they were looking for it! Most likely it belongs to RSL.

Can I just say that this stuff about letting someone 'borrow' your kids for taxes, etc is pissing me off?!?!?! We have to PAY taxes every single year so these scums can get a refund from not paying a cent! Really pissing me off.

I also remember reading about some witness who spoke to a reporter off camera and said he saw KT with Relisha at a homeless shelter. Later it was stated that that shelter had been closed for awhile but I can't remember the name of it. Somewhere in between the search at the Days Inn which was on video and KT buying the stuff at the Home Depot IIRC. I looked at the articles I have saved since most of the time when you go back they have been changed and I can't find it.

Pursuant to witness interviews and an on-scene investigation the following account of this incident was established. A witness (hereinafter referred to as Witness One) reported that decedent checked into the Red Roof Inn on March 19, 2014, at about 10:04 p.m. The decedent, Khalil Tatum, Witness One and two individuals were all captured on numerous surveillance cameras at the Red Roof Irm (sic) in the area of room #132. Less than an hour after they checked in, Witness One and two of the individuals can be seen leaving in a vehicle driven by the female individual. The decedent and Kahlil Tatum were the only people left in the room. Witness One reported at approximately 5:40 a.m. the next morning, IT returned to the Red Roof Inn and talked to Kahlil Tatum. Witness One stated that IT observed the decedent lying on the bed when Kahlil Tatum answered the door. Witness One also stated that Kahlil Tatum refused to allow IT to enter the room.

An interview with an additional witness (hereinafter referred to as Witness Two) revealed that the decedent was having domestic problems with Kahlil Tatum. Witness Two stated that the decedent was contemplating leaving Kahlil Tatum. Witness Two also reported within the last month IT conducted internet searches for Kahlil Tatum in an attempt to purchase a handgun. Sounds like there were five people in total and the female in the group of three (not KT or AT) drove a vehicle away with the two. UGH!!!!!!!

That's because Sprint bill was in AT's name but after the Caseworker called him earlier in the day, he answered and he was suppose to meet her but left prior to her arriving...that's when the Dr. Tatum got found out, police where called, etc. He turned off the phone after that call from what I read and when the police tried to call him later that day around 9:30ish pm probably to try and locate him...the phone was off & went straight to voicemail.

See, that's what I'm thinking BUT she checked in...so, maybe they sort of ambushed her. That motel is right next to the other most notoriously dangerous part of DC.

It's not closed they moved to a larger location but still in the same vicinity. The information for the shelter is below(copied from the website)

No one called then police. They found out about the Red Roof Inn when they put out a BOLO for Tatum's car and tags. It states that in one of the warrants. His car was found in the lot of the Red Roof Inn. But yes, three cars. . .AT's, KT's and the one that the other three(RSL, a female driver, and one other person) traveled in.

I took that to mean the female individual was in addition to the 5 seen on cameras. The wording is confusing.

Less than an hour after they checked in Witness One and two of the individuals can be seen leaving in a vehicle driven by the female individual.

Why not say "Less than an hour after they checked in all three left, with a female driving"

OMG, you guys who've seen my posts for years now know that I usually just analyze and find data. BUT!!! Everything that this family has gotten away with is just tearin' me a new you know what.

I work almost everyday. I was a single parent, whose kid graduated with honors from HS, got a full tuition scholarship, worked part-time while in HS and College and graduated in four years, Magna Lade'. We lived in a one bdr apartment so my child could go to a great public school and so I could afford some of the things other kids had. I've worked some job or another since I was 14 years old... often two or three at a time and still don't have a pot to wizz in.

I do have a degree but I also have a car loan on a car that keeps breaking down, I don't have cable or satellite tv, I don't dye my hair, get manicures, buy many clothes, get pedicures, I cut my own hair, run my own business, and well, you guys can probably figure out, I rarely go on vacation...I owe taxes...which I will have to take a loan out to pay...just like last year... I don't own a home either.... no refunds for me.

I've also had a few pretty debilitating health issues and probably only missed two or three days of work in the last two years.

What we have seen is this case makes me want to quit my freakin job, go to Social Services and cry poor mouth!

Yep, mine is a good egg...working as a social worker in one of the worst sections of her city. I just hope she doesn't burn out...it's a noble yet low paying career.
