This is the adjudicatory hearing in the dependency process since DCF filed a petition for dependency.

This would happen regardless since MS denied the allegations in the petition.

WTF? Mark wields an incredible amount of power with Curtis to convince him for the first time that he has ever complained about his relationship with Teresa to get Curtis just a few months later to kill her.

I know others don't agree but I think CWW is either in love or has some sort of bizarre fascination and reverence for that man.
