CLEARLY, the ONLY reason Mark insisted on calling Wayne to testify at this hearing was to intimidate him. I have to digest what I have just seen....

So, by being declared adjudicated dependent, does that mean the DCF now has permanent custody of the girls or do we have to wait for the next hearing in 4 days for that decision? TIA!
