Debate Thread for Caylee is alive

  • #221
IMO IMO-- Casey could have been forced to get rid of the murder weapon so that she is no longer "just" a witness-she is implicated.

Is there any evidence that these crimes are connected? Where is this NG connection coming from? Burying murder weapons? How about throwing it in a swamp. Can somebody please give one piece of credible information that NG murder is related to kc's disappearance? I think that is beyond grasping at straws.

See, I'm aware of all that evidence.
I know what it is logically thinking.
I choose to believe Caylee is alive because it's what I want to be true.
Nobody can take that from me until LE finds Caylee's body or Casey confesses.

bold is mine.
We are trying to have a debate based on facts in an attempt to get closer to the truth. We are not debating nor trying to infer you do not have a right to just "believe" and ignore all the evidence to the contrary.

Thanks...very curious indeed!

I'm also thinking with these flurry of phone calls that KC was perhaps making sure no one was coming home while she was doing god-knows-what? Either she was calling them for help/or calling them to make sure they didn't pop in on her unexpectedly?
I go with the later. IMO there is no way Casey would have asked her mother for help.

I'll ask you this as I asked it to another poster.

If this person was so trusted, why haven't they stepped forward by now?

Because they are waiting for Casey to say come forward it is now safe for Caylee.

Here is the link to LE enforcement saying that Caylee is dead. It should not be ignored as LE would never come out and say such a thing if it werent true. In addition, they will charge her when they are good and ready and have all of their ducks in a row and not a moment before. They would never risk giving JB discovery too early and or rush to judgement/double jep for Casey.

Caylee was dead in Casey's trunk. That is the bottom line.....imho

"The information we've gotten back from the lab that she was in the trunk of that car and that she is dead is certainly something we take seriously," said Orange County Sheriff's Office Sgt. John Allen.

That same article also states
The Orange Sheriff’s Office said again Monday that “there is a strong probability” that Caylee Anthony is dead, noting that investigators have “additional evidence that has not been made public.”

They will also investigate info that she is still alive, same article.

Because, whatever the issue was, it has not been resolved but is now even more complicated.

yes, I agree it's much more complicated and when Casey gets indicted for murder, it's going to get even MORE complicated.

it makes so much more sense to keep up the charade, destroy her family, cost the state of Florida Lord knows how much $$$, waste the time of TES and so many other good-hearted people who have donated their time and $$$, all because Casey has a *complicated* issue like telling the truth.

As plausible as some of the theories posted here are...because fact is often stranger than fiction...the similarities in Caycee's conduct and statements are more consistent with other sociopath's who have been convicted of murder after a loved one has gone missing. For example, nearly every murderer (convicted) while discussing or being interviewed regarding their loved one's missing status has used the reference to their "loved" one in the past tense. Further, Caycee Anthony has used language almost identical to that of Scott Peterson when he was being interrogated...this isn't verbatim but you'll get the picture... Scott PEterson: (after being confronted by LE that his wife and son were probably dead he replied that that just wasn't an acceptable outcome,,,and at other times he said he just didn't want to think about the (worst) outcome of them being dead. Caycee Anthony: In the taped interviews she (several times) deflects the conversation to another topic when LE directly discuss Caylee being dead or decomposing, or merely in serious danger/pain/etc., Caycee just responds that she doesn't or simply can't think about that...

I think normal people would absolutely crumble at the mental image these LE officials were trying to make Caycee face. Like Scott PEterson, ZERO emotion and the same patent responses....just can't think about that......

She's convinced herself her lies are true and she will NEVER crack....Scott Peterson still maintains his innocence. Oh Yeah, The RAmsey's reacted the same way...I still think they were involved in their daughter's death too.

STrangely I think Leonard Padilla may have provided the public withmore info than any other source about what is going on out there!

I agree, KC told LE that she was "petrified" of her mom's reaction...she appears to be covering her tracks with each step she's made since leaving the A's home...I doubt she would have ever asked for her parents' assisted or confided in them.

And, if she cannot contact "Zanny," how WILL she know when it's safe?

  • #233
Because, whatever the issue was, it has not been resolved but is now even more complicated.

And, how would KC know the status of the issue, if she has no idea how to get in contact with the "kidnappers?"

It's all about protecting her complicated a$$.

  • #235
Why would said person keep Caylee alive NOW? If they get caught, they will be in for huge kidnapping charges ....

Exactly.

And, why would anyone think KC is "scared." Did she look scared at those nightclubs?

Others opine that KC doesn't show concern because she knows Caylee is well taken care of. OK, she's "too scared to talk," but, calm because she "knows Caylee is well taken care of." Isn't that a tad contradictory? And, she's not too scared to party every night.

  • #236
I just wanted to throw this out there and it probably has been covered but don't you think it's possible for her to be acting the way she does is because:

1. She really does know where she is
2. She trusts whoever she gave her to

Just a thought

She trusts whomever took her, but she's also too afraid to talk? That doen't make sense.

Will all of the mothers on this thread who would be comfortable, with someone else having your child, with NO contact and NO word at all, please raise hands? Anybody?

  • #237

There is a reason . . . it is the date that Casey stated was the day she dropped Caylee with the nonexistent Nanny.

No, she was seen and filmed on June 15th.

Because they are both so long, I'm going to give you links to two posts I made about why I think Caylee may be alive. Feel free to quote and dissect if you like:

Link 1

Link 2

BTW-- Sam Shepherd was convicted LOOOONG before we had the DNA tech that we have now.

What would local LE AND the FBI have to gain from plotting against KC.

#3 She is to scared to talk for fear someone will harm Caylee

She's scared of someone whom she TRUSTS with her child? Trusts to the degree that she is comfortable with NO contact?

Are people often scared to death of those whom they trust?
