When human hair falls out of a person who is deceased it has a dark ring around the base.

This is known as a "death band".

If the hairs that were found in Casey's trunk are proven to belong to Caylee through DNA & if they also have the "death band" then that is proof that Caylee is deceased

The death band (aka postmortem root band) is poorly understood, is only present on some hairs, believed to have something to do with growth stage - hairs in the process of natural shedding. Most often no post-mortem band is found in corpse hair, and not enough studys to determine if it occurs in living people. This may not be solid enough evidence, if other evidence doesn't support it.

I think I over-wrote my links, try a search for "post-mortem" root band, include terms forensic and evidence to help weed out junk hits about rock bands.

But finding Caylee's DNA in the car won't prove anything except that she has been in that car, which everyone already knows -- the DNA won't prove she is dead, as far as I understand.

No, it won't-it will only prove who the decomposition fluids CAME from, and THAT would indicate that the person who left their DNA in the trunk, in decompostion fluids, is, in fact, deceased. Also, the hair strands, if they had a "death band" DO confirm that it was Caylee, and also THAT she is dead...You can argue with all the suppositions in this case until the end of time, but hair strands and DNA in decomp. do not lie...

Is this not enough to state Caylee is in fact deceased? If you google "FBI confirms Caylee is deceased" you get a ton of news sites claiming the FBI's findings.

Trust me, I want nothing more but for this baby to show up alive, but it doesn't look to be so. Where are the other sightings of Caylee? Has there been anything else to show she is ALIVE?

Don't take this as what I think happened, I'm just throwing this out there to see what sticks.
This is way way out there as far as theories goes, btw.

Personally, I honestly have no theory, but since you brought up the reward perhaps it could go this way:

We know the guy offering the reward has ties to the industry and other questionable activities. Then in the backwards recordings Casey says something about a guy in and boys did this.
What if Casey was somehow involved, maybe did phone sex or something for this guy and had a friend, one she now refers to as "Zenaida", that also "worked" with her and sometimes watched Caylee for her. What if Casey and Zenaida either witnessed a murder, found out about a murder and/or other serious illegal activities, or just somehow involved in that and got in too deep.
Is it plausible that things got seriously screwed up and "Zenaida" and Casey decided to have Zenaida take off with Caylee and go into hiding until things settled down or someone else went to jail and they felt safe again to come home? What if this guy offered this reward just to lull someone into a false sense of security or to get someone to rat out the hiding place?
Now with Caylee and Zenaida off in hiding and Casey in protective custody(I know she's at home, but still protected), Casey can be as smug as she wants to be because she knows she, Caylee and Zenaida all three are safe.

Like I said, I know the reality of this situation is that this is not the way things went down, but since you brought up the reward, this thought popped out.

Ok, I could be totally off, but hmmmm, could there be a connection?

College Student Arrested for Child

RAC, 19, was discovered by investigators after an undercover internet investigation identified a known image of child and traced it back to Conrad’s computer.

A search warrant was executed at C’s Winter Park residence and his computer was seized, along with additional computer equipment which will undergo forensic analysis to determine whether any additional images of child are present. The computer contained images of children appearing to be as young as four years old.

There is nothing that has come up in this investigation to remotely connect the two, AZ. I think we have to be careful about reaching here and going on tangents.

IMO, the biggest problem stems from people believing anything Casey has said when none of it is true. Everything is from Casey's twisted imagination. She may have used real names and places, but it is proven that none of those have panned out to be credible leads to find Caylee. People have to realize at some point that anything and everything she has told LE or others is leading them away from where Caylee actually is and what happened to her. If Casey mentioned it...they should go the opposite direction.

With the misinformation, the outright lies, the smoke screens, lack of cooperation from the A fam, and the rest of the BS that LE has to wade through to get to the real truth...we need to keep in mind that it will probably come back to the simple answers.

I think finding out what Casey was doing with her days while her parents and friends thought she was working at Universal would give us a lot of answers. She went on a hyper theft spree after Caylee went missing-does that tell us that she no longer had a source of income? That she had to leave her "job" whatever that was, at the same time Caylee went missing?

I do not believe she had a real job since she worked for Universal. She found she could get by on stealing, sex, and lies.

She was taking the baby with her. Cindy worked during the day, didn't she? And we've never heard of GA babysitting on a regular basis.

I recall her bf and other friends and family saying she always told them she had a flexible schedule and was able to even work from home. She may have just been home on the web and not really working. Then all those fake emails she created to make it appear that she had events at night and was working at events over the weekend were created in my opinion to show her mother so that she could go hang out and CA could watch Caylee with no guilt attached as I am sure her mother griped when KC went out instead of being a mother and raising her own child. The event planner schedule is one that fit perfectly with her con.

Also the email she created from the HR department about misplacing her paycheck was maybe an attempt to show her mother why she didn't have money readily available when prompted.

KC had tested out so many lies on her friends and family each one was eaten right up, so her next con, the big NANNY con was one she thought would also go over smoothly.

you're correct, thanks....7 months after she gave birth, she must have gone back to work for a short time. i'll go back and edit, (by Fridays i'm getting brain-sludge)

that is what I based my theory on, (if you are clerking at the SA and taking inventory at night as she told her parents, and waiting tables, you can't take the baby with you to work). It was stated (i don't remember exactly where on this forum), George was unemployed and he DID babysit. I've read so much info. it's difficult to search back where, so don't take this as gospel, just my recollections.

I didn't say she was taking Caylee with her! However, we do know that she did take Caylee to stay with R and allowed her to sleep in the same bed with them. This indicates Casey doesn't have appropriate boundaries where her child is concerned.

We have also heard from other people that they did babysit now and then with Caylee. The woman who was on tv for a period of time said as a friend of the fam she watched her. I believe Kristen watched her. So there were other people that Casey used.

If she was getting paid as a prostitute, she wouldn't need to steal gasoline, credit cards, checks, etc., IMO.
