Sadly, the FBI has already researched and rejected the McDonald's photos as not being of Caylee. I saw the photos and they look nothing like her. This little girl appears to have naturally curly hair which is kind of frizzy and she look younger than 3.

Yeah well apparently it is quite simple to "gel" back bangs I.e. a barette/hait gel alone. That is beside the point. That girl looks way younger that Caylee IMO.

This is a debate thread for both sides. There is only one place I can think of where the Caylee is Alive theories are "off limits" and we will respect that. However, here we are free to voice our opinions and offer facts to back them up concerning our theories (which we are doing).

Thank you for re-stating my point. Although, I do not think you meant to say "Caylee is Alive" theories are off limits anywhere. In the Caylee is Alive threads attacks on proponents of Alive theories are off limits. When Alive theorists are attacked in other threads it is not off limits, and as far as I know we are not forbidden to respond, within TOS, which is what I was doing.

Here is my theory:
Casey knows the East-Side Rapist that raped two women in Blanchard Park over the last couple of years. He has been described as being between 20 and 25 years old. Her age group. This time, he killed his target. Casey was either there when it happened, or was called to help him get rid of the body. Nicole Ganguzza was killed on June 10, 2008. She has hair similar to Caylee's in length and color. The body was found behind a post office two miles from the park. Now, if the white car was used to move the body, decomp materials would be present. Now, say Casey, always on the lookout for a money-making scam, tries to blackmail the rapist/killer for her silence. He says sure, meet me at blah blah blah (the empty apartment? Blanchard Park? Casey has used both as the places she "dropped" Caylee off). Now, instead of giving Casey money, he swipes Caylee and says here's what you say and do and you forget about the murder or Caylee gets killed. Caylee is taken out of the area (I have been in contact with the person that sighted Caylee at Orlando Airport on July 2nd with an elderly woman.) This would explain all of the early crazy things that Cindy was saying about Casey leading the police close but afraid to be specific. Perhaps Casey was not wanting immunity for her role in Caylee's disappearance, but for her role in the Ganguzza murder/coverup. Have the police ran the dna of the hair sample through the general database? Have they compared it to Ganguzza? Have they looked at Casey's cell phone pings the night of the murder? Did she know anyone with priors for assault or rape? Did she know anyone connected with Ganguzza? Was she sleeping with her husband? She seemed to be sleeping with everyone else in Orlando!

I'm with you on this...I've thought about it a lot and postulated it on the "For Those Who Believe Caylee is Alive" thread. I wonder whether "TellingTheTruth" has tried to get in touch with Baez, since she's not having any luck with LE on any level. Maybe he could hire a PI to fully investigate this. I'm sure any one of us on WS would be happy to take the job!

I also think that the story on ZFG isn't complete, and I'm starting to think LR is Casey...especially from some of the LR comments on WW myspace page which have since been removed...but I have screenshots!

I also wonder why LP isn't following up on this...maybe he is and we just don't know it?

After reading what LA, Casey, Amy, etc. have said about the stench in the car and the rest of the interviews...I don't think waiting on more conclusive evidence here is really needed to say Caylee was in the trunk as LE has stated. The squirrel story doesn't fly. Decomp from an animal is not what the dogs were hitting on.

It appears to me that when you have her own brother saying everything he said in that interview...it makes a case for Caylee no longer being alive, imo. And this was only what they released which were deemed unneccessary to the prosecution!! I can't imagine what he has said in other interviews that they held onto for court.

Truth's sighting was investigated by the FBI and OCSO. Anyone can go on any blog site and say whatever they want...complete with dates, incorrect info, etc. You can go online to look up flight numbers and other things to fit a story. The evidence is showing that she never left Orlando and was never seen again after June 15th.

Not saying they are lying, but did you read the posts on Brandon thread that Casey may have had a miscarriage around July 2nd. Could that be what is in the trunk, could this be why she used a shovel (don't know that date).

Every single tip and sighting has been a dead end or false claim. There are so many who are willing to tell their sighting/story on the internet, but they don't get attention from LE or the FBI? I just can't buy that.

It was reported last night the girl seen at McDonald's has been identified as being a child from Tenn. The mother evidently has a myspace page with photos of her daughter etc. So that sighting has been ruled out as far as I know.

It was at the anything but clothes party on may 30th that KC saw brandon and got upset, telling AH that she had a miscarriage with him. I hope she didn't carry it around for 2 months.

There is nothing that says she had a *miscarriage at that time or that the car was involved.

The interviews here are not from people wanting to be in the spotlight. They can be used against them in a court of law and are taken under oath. It is nearly impossible to discuss what is contained in the pages without reading them first.

ETA: *This was addressed by Exit13 in the Brandon thread. Casey did go into the bathroom and have a "drama" time for awhile while spewing stuff about a past miscarriage and B not liking her anymore or something. She did not leave the party and did not have a miscarriage that night. No car involved in any way.

I'm thinking KC had medical insurance of some kind? If you are preggo and bleeding - what woman wouldn't go to the hospital? Actually those first two questions are redundant because KC doesn't seem to do anything that a "normal" person would do. And yes, the Brandon miscarriage seems to be in May (or much earlier for all we know) or before these June/July dates.

Regardless Katie, who took Caylee then? Why aren't they coming forward? What was the motive for someone to take Caylee? (I doubt a rapist and murderer would want a child to care for) There never was a nanny. Casey has lied about everything. Her life was a lie for years.

I agree. I just read the article, and it's such an open and shut case. It's obvious that Casey killed her somehow- most likely Chloroformed her- stuck her in the trunk, and disposed of her so that her body won't be found. Casey's subconscious is catching up to her, that's why the night sweats and the nightmares. I've also come to the conclusion because of the smell of the car, that all of the Anthonys know Caylee is dead, and are just in protective mode.

A miscarriage in the trunk is a ridiculous idea for Casey to put it there (note: I didn't say your idea was ridiculous), and that doesn't explain Caylee's hair in the trunk, nor the Chloroform searches on her computer.

I am sure some can attest to what I am about to say......but, from my experience only, unless Casey "caught" the miscarriage in some type of container, it would be close to impossible to carry it around.

Without going into details.....there was not alot of solidness to it.

Hope I am getting what I am trying to say across, I really don't want to go into specifics.
