Yes, but passed out drunk eliminates the possibility altogether.

I feel certain this will come up with Dr. Phil. I'm just not sure how much Tac will allow them to answer.

She can't have been that passed out drunk. She woke up soon enough when Jeremy told her the baby was missing.

Wow, from the preview it looks like Deborah Bradley has been very busy working on her "new look". Straightened black hair and makeup. She's lost weight too. She appears to have a new self confidence with an attitude to match.

I'm a local here...about 2 miles from her home. A few of my friends have seen her out and have told me about her new "look," hair and nails done. She was seen at the Dollar General Store looking at baby stuff and saying "oh how cute." It was all my friend could do not to say something to her. I commended her for holding back...I would not have.

I don't think Elizabeth Smart's parents were drunk when she was abducted in the middle of the night.
Children do get stolen from their beds, and no one hears a thing.
Elizabeth Smart was 14 years old when she was abducted. Jessica Lunsford was 9. Polly Klaas was 12 years old. Samantha Runnion was nearing her 6th birthday.
(And just so you know Elizabeth's younger sister, who shared a room, did hear the perpetrator but was unable to immediately recover the memory.)

In my opinion you cannot take a case of a much older child and apply those parameters (or potential outcomes) to an infant, toddler or preschool child.

Statistically speaking the odds of infant abduction are rare yet one year and under remain the highest risk group for filicide - especially maternal. Not that knowing the statistical probability will change any opinions - just like knowing the slimmest chance of an abduction is still possible doesn't change mine. ;)

On topic: Hopefully more national media attention will finally break this case open. :praying:

I think you will find that Debbie tried to tell them that it wasn't her, and she didn't know what happened, but they didn't believe her. What more can she say, and what is the point of going through that again, alone.
She has said she will talk to them if Jeremy and her Lawyer are there. What is wrong with that?
Do you know how many people in prison claim their innocence? I don't believe its reasonable for me, or LE, to believe a person simply because 'they said so'. Few people, in my experience, connected to a crime have integrity and honesty as character traits.

No one, in my opinion, has stopped 'looking for Lisa' because even if she is now among the angels she deserves to be laid to rest with grace and dignity. Looking for Lisa and believing DB/JI are not mutually exclusive.

ETA: My signature was born in this forum. ;) The one thing I can say is that this little one has an awful lot of folks who have fallen in love with her and want to bring her home - no matter which side of the fence they may be on.

Can you imagine what would happen if Deborah announced she was pregnant? I think this forum would explode.

What do you mean by "bring her in for questioning"? You mean arrest her? On what charge?

child endangerment for starters!

My point was that Elizabeth Smart's parents didn't hear anything. It was nothing to do with the age of the child, only the lack of noise to alert to danger.
Obviously it is possible for someone to sneak into a house without alerting anyone. Burglars do it all of the time, and they get in locked doors.

Did anyone figure out who that guy on Dr. Phil is? I'm very curious because he says he didn't believe "them". Who is "them" and who is he and why is he on the Dr. Phil show? How is he connected to this case?

Ok, still shopping at Dollar General AFTER Dr. Phil. Mighty generous man, that Dr. Phil is. Just sayin....

Dollar General sighting, if it happened, had to be this week as she did not have new hair color before leaving. I saw the same old hair color on what would have to have been the day prior or the day of leaving for the show. I have not seen her this week since they got back to know if she has a new do or not.

Could it have been her uncle? The one who has many issues of his own, but has the nerve to blast her history out in public. Dunno, just a guess.

No clue. Do we know what her uncle looks like? We'll have to wait 5 days to find out who this guy is:banghead:

C'mon sleuthers, I'm not known for my patience. I need to know now. :floorlaugh:

There's nothing new - just rehashing the same old things.

Thanks for posting this!

You're welcome. I hope he asks JT about the dog hit in the bedroom. It would be interesting to see if LE told them anything at all about the evidence or lack thereof.

Bumping for those who missed it.

Oh isn't that nice. She looks all purdy and got her hair did. Yah, that was a snark. I'm sorry - if you have time for that, you have time to go look for your missing child. Hey, maybe you have time to talk to LE (jointly or separately).

I'm not gonna say what I really feel, cuz I'm sure I'd get a TO. I'm sure I'll watch the show, but I still believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that DB and JI know more than they're telling.

MOO - please and thanks.

Hate to break ti to ya but 4 cases from the top of my mind where pretty much the same people were just sure that the parents were involved because 'it must be parents that did it because statistics says it is almost always the parent' right here on WS

When children disappear attention always falls squarely on the shoulders of the family. This is because 82% of all abductions are family centric. Therefore, the family has to answer all questions, regardless of how tedious they seem, until law enforcement is convinced that they are innocent of wrongdoing. Only then will law enforcement be able to focus their full attention on the other possible scenarios. Those scenarios include: other family members; friends and neighbors; peripheral contacts; registered sex offenders; and finally the most ominous scenario of all – stranger abduction. If more than 300 police, search and rescue professionals and FBI agents are dedicating all of their time in the case of the missing infant, then the parents should stay on the hot seat until they are cleared of suspicion. To put their own needs ahead of baby Lisa’s recovery is pitiful and shortsighted.

1st bold: 82% is high enough so imo those here who do not believe the parents' version of events and think they are somehow involved have credibility. plus, to add to that:

2nd bold: as has been stated time and time again, marc klaas did everything police asked him to do... everything. no questions. no hesitation. if anyone knows how truly innocent parents would act, it's him.

so-- why are DB and JI not following his lead??? i don't think it's b/c "well, the police already think they're guilty and they need to be protected from them" or "their lawyer is advising them" or "they're scared"... :banghead:
