I deserved that. What's the saying, ask a stupid question ...
LOL... I'm sorry, something just came over me. Too much of what I do makes me crazy.

He said he saw a skull with no lower jaw, a femur and a loose tooth. Per his experience remains had been there less than five years. That's about it. He wouldn't speculate who it was due to concern for the families
I have trouble believing that if there is any chance these remains belong to Hailey, that they would simply be placed "in line" and wait their turn. This would be a case of child murder; adults may end up dead in other ways, but not children.
I am thinking that they probably know this is not Hailey, but I have kind of felt that way for a while now.
It could be. LE is not obligated to publicly state who has been ruled out, if any rule out's have been made.
I feel the other way that they do believe its Hailey. For several reasons really but one question I have is last night he said in his opinion the bones were no more than five years old. How many of those that are missing have been missing than less than five years?
I didn't mean to imply one way or the other if I think these are Hailey's remains. There is too little information available to determine one way or the other.
My reply was to Cluciano's suggested possibility, which I could see as being plausible.
Another possibility is LE knows these are not Hailey, but are not going to make a public announcement hoping the perp(s) will slip up.
I've seen cases listed with NamUs where the ME does not list the names of exclusions, even though dna is available and is compared through the appropriate data bases.
I believe at this point that the remains are either Hailey or they are not. I just don't know. I think it is very possible but it's possible it is someone else. Just waiting....

I agree. It didn't take long at all for ME to ID Caylee Anthony's remains, they had results very quickly.
Then again they most likely had more remains than they possibly have of Hailey .
