They were searching for any prior domestic/child abuse in the family while the Anthonys lived in Ohio. Looks like they found none.

Because the first time she was arrested it was for the child neglect. The child welfare people had to fill out all the forms .. It was a matter of crossing their T's and dotting the i's. The TANF is all just part of the forms that need to be filled out.. I remember discussing this earlier in the case. And i remember when the agents from the family services were called in to talk to KC. . The stuff about OHio is because thats where the A's were offically from.. So they had to check the records of family services there to make sure there was not a file of any sort on the A's.

I believe it to be a 7. If you look lower, you can see the 2 is made with a loop on the bottom. See, hanging out at WS and now I fancy myself a handwriting expert. :floorlaugh:

If she had applied for Benefits (TANF Food Stamps & Medicaid) on her own she would have had to cooperate with Child Support naming Caylees father. If not, she would be sanctioned. I don't think they wanted to go that route. Looks like the form is something that was done by the Children and Families caseworker.

To the PP it didn't say Ohio doesn't know who the A's are. It says no record of abuse etc. in the central database. Also title change this palease..I about hurt my hand clicking my mouse to open this thread LOL.
