How can someone be shot .. be okay .. and be released? Esp a baby. Doesn't make sense. And why the hell are people taking babies to the movies?

I don't think the baby was shot. I believe the baby was just taken in to the ER as a precaution because of the tear gas that was set off.

Baby could have been grazed, no serious damage. Not all gunshot wounds stay in the hospital for a long period of time. Still sad and sick, poor things.

Read somewhere not sure since I have been reading so much.

That the baby was taking in for precautions, due to the gas and the baby and Mom have been released. Mom was grazed in arm and leg.

They could be shotgun blasts. I wonder if James Holmes used any bombs in the massacre.

Strange that Holmes allowed himself to be caught instead of fleeing or committing suicide. Did he really want to commit suicide, but was to scared to do it.

She described them as "blast" injuries, but was unsure if explosives were used. A shotgun was one of the guns used in the shooting though.

Aurora Medical Center Dr's are talking on the Today Show, said that 5 people there are in Critical Condition.

I just woke up to this info, this is unreal. People have lost their minds. He was obviously trying to be like Bane, the character in the movie. My fervent prayers for the victims, may the dead rest in peace, may the wounded recover, and may those traumatized be comforted, in Jesus' Healing and Holy Name I pray, amen!
