and that he acted odd in presentations beginning one with "this has all been said before, but I'll present it anyway"

May have dropped right before exams.

What you're inferring here is police brutality and they have already released their report that the gunman did not resist arrest.

The mugshot isn't going to change whether or not they release it now or later and the public isn't who the police would be concerned with if the gunman shows wounds of brutality. His attorney would be the one of importance.

I don't see where a mugshot ever has to be released. Police "brutality" happens quite often, though the majority of it is well-deserved. And with no witnesses, proving it isn't possible.

I think there is a possibility he could be charged with terrorism, making it a federal crime.

Also, about the dad looking for his family member. I have heard that those killed in the theater are still in there. So I am guessing he might be one still in the theater. I am assuming depending on where you get shot you may need dna testing to positively confirm who you are.....I am sick writing this.... Just so sad

His smirk just gives me the impression that he has a lot of pent up rage about something.

Which he obviously does, people dont do what he did because of a few instances of rage, he had something building in him whether others picked up on it or not. I am hearing he was in med school dont know if that is true or not, others say it was a PhD program but if it were med school they generally screen for mental health issues as that is a program of study and profession where one can easily "snap" if they cant deal with pressure, rejection etc.

Yeah, for sure. Checked, no source available but a 9News Analyst did say he thought he would get slapped with the attempted murder rather than assault.

BBM - Police brutality is never deserved, ever, and you won't get any officer worth his/her salt to say that it is.

He is a guy who was at the theater a parent has been looking for.

The dad cannot find any info on him and so several of the news outlets are getting the word out cause the poor man can't find. Very said picture of the Dad up stream.

According to his twitter, (Alex Sullivan in Aurora Co who went to see the movie last night) it was his birthday. Tweet- man one hour till the movie and its going to be the best BIRTHDAY ever
