It doesnt surprise me that he sent out a "manifesto". He wants the world to know how great and powerful he is. The VT killer did the same thing (i refuse to remember his name). There is still no confirmation that he actually ever spoke to a psychiatrist be it at school or else where. I am sure if he did it will eventually come out in time. The police/court put a gag order on everyone because they are building their case. Its the way the system works in high profile cases except for FL where they have the sunshine laws.

Also I worked for a big company and would get things in the mail. Items could easily sit in the mail room for days even weeks before they ever got to my desk.

Yep. It's probably not unusual for mail delivery in a university to be slow, especially in the summer.

One who is suffering from dissociative identity disorder can do something and have no knowledge of what they did when they go in to the dissociative state, its a completely different identity and it is not about faking.


I dont know that is the case here but it is worth noting and my dad a shrink for 40 years saw it right away and suggested it could be the case but he cant know for sure.

I don’t agree with gag order.
I agree that LE and Lawyers should have a gag order, holding things close to the vest will produce a stronger case.
but others should come forward and put on the table all they know.
I am glad it will not be on TV

Right and since he went to all the studying and planning for months, he could indeed have studied how to act like he has mental illness. The courtroom act was overplayed as this notebook, he's not as smart as he thinks he is and all he's planned in his defense could backfire.

These ****ing jail workers leaking information are in contempt of court, as an attorney that really pisses me OFF. There is indeed a gag order and they are not supposed to be leaking ****.

I am sorry but what is the evidence of him having no knowledge of what he did? If he is asking how the movie ended-well he never finished watching the movie so he might not know how it ended. What is there to suggest he doesn't know what he did?

I did not say he didnt have any knowledge I said one who is suffering from DID may not have knowledge of an act committed while in another indentity, I also made it clear that I am not saying he has DID.

I added that my father without having any real facts, did tell me that JH did show some signs of having DID and it is possible he does. But that just an opinion and based on nothing but seeing him on TV.

I am just sharing my opinion, I never suggested I have any answers. Just things to consider and think about.

I assume when I and others speak of him being possibly mentally ill we are NOT trying to find reasons to excuse what he did, we are trying to understand WHY HE DID it which in my opinion is better than just saying he is evil. But I respect what others think and believe.

I agree with your Dad, - I think JH has DID and I can say your Dad is probably an intuitive therapist too.

I worked with people many years ago for about 20 years.
We can't diagnose people over the internet, the TV or the news. LOL
But we do have insight that many do not.

JH may also have dual personality, personality disorder, chemical imbalance,
And list goes on and on.....But I am not his shrink…
EARLY on I said his MOM knows – Moms always know – sure enough she knew he was off.
But as a citizen I add he is evil and needs to be in hotel stay a while forever.

After the CA trial I am not so sure about the having all the info out there for the public to see. Now dont get me wrong I dont think the jury would find him not guilty. I just think there should be a better way to get some info out to the public but not everything. For example witness statements at the scene its one way and often times their statement changes after public scrutiny.

Perfect sense, I just want a fair trial and underhanded crap like that makes it more difficult to try the case from both sides. The law should be followed and the gag order is LAW.

Totally respect what u are saying and others too. Food for thought. Not passing him off as totally evil. Of course the act was. I think in my mind there was a small element of it with him. I support my ideal as i believe those who inflict pain on a person/s. Have an element of that. I do believe other elements drive the crime. Guess what i am trying to say is the type of crime has a very evil sinister element. For his own gain of course.

First thing is finding unbiased jurors. This stuff will be all over the morning and evening news worldwide, in the newspapers, on websites. Hard to find anyone that hasn't heard any news, or formed an opinion as to guilty or not guilty yet. (Even if they say they have not formed an opinion, they have.)

Also, everyone in the legal field, including jail employees exposed to information or defendant, are not to divulge anything they learn about defendant, or about facts of the case.

Bravo... not that simple...

Daughter has Bipolar and Personality disorder.
VERY VERY often you will find more than one diagnosis with MI people
REALLY OFTEN.

Ill check the exact wording of the gag order but when I read it it seemed to imply no leaks from LE. The problem is leaking stuff like from the jail only serves to prejudice and inflame a potential jury pool and I want a fair trial and leaks like that make a fair trail very hard, makes it harder to seat a jury.

The judge is trying as hard as he can to keep a potential jury pool from being tainted by leaks from people who dont have all the facts.
