I hope he puts one up. It would be good for him as well as for the neighborhood. Maybe some of the others in the neighborhood could get together at his home and say point us to the lights and show us where you want them to go. That would really help him emotionally as well as show their support for him.

Pamela Bosco expressed concern for the Peterson relative who was reportedly seen helping Drew load a large sealed container into a truck on the day Stacy was last seen alive.

"We hope he recovers soon and that he is able to work completely with Illinois state police and divulge what he completely knows about that night," Bosco said.

That man's sister talked exclusively with CBS 2 Friday for the first time since she says her brother helped Drew load the large container into Drew's now confiscated Yukon Denali. She says her brother would never have knowingly helped Drew dispose of Stacy, but afterward he feared the worst.

"He was just sick with the possibility of what he might have done," his sister said. So sick that after returning home he attempted to take his life late the next night by overdosing on pills.

He'd been clean and sober for 10 years until shortly after he helped Drew do whatever it was they did. His sister says that relative's past may have played a role in why Drew chose him to help with the container.

The sister's words may have a clue to why some media is saying that Morphey attempted suicide the next days and others say it was two days later. It was late at night, so it is being counted both ways.
One thing I am noticing though is that she is not mentioning whether Morphey's wife is missing or not.

I didn't see it mentioned anywhere today about MF seeing survailance tapes from the Krispy Creme. Although he said the pictures are very grainy, it appears this will cooberate Morph story about the coffee shop. He said it even showed one man leaving for a bit.
Did anyone else see this on Greta last night? What do you all think?

I would trust what MF says a lot more than BBPD. Seems they have dropped the ball more than once the last 3 years when it comes to Drew.

Yes, I saw this donnam. At first MF said they didn't get up, both sat there the whole time. But then he back-tracked and said one of them did get up and leave for a time.

I hope the FBI gets this tape and enhances it to straighten this out.

i saw it!.....i'm surprised that the ISP didn't take those tapes...i think MF thought it was also....seems strange, because the FBI could enhance that tape & come more likely being able to tell if it was DP & TM....(i think it was)...he said that one point there was only one man at the table too!..neither man drank coffee or ate anything....

This will be quite damning evidence to Drew's defense if they can clean the video up enough to make out clothing or facial features. It does corroborate Tom's story and certainly would put a halt to Drew/Brodsky's account that he never saw Tom or took him to a coffee shop. If Drew is caught lying about seeing Tom...a jury would have to believe Tom's side and realize his account is credible. This would go a long way towards convicting Drew with no body.

Aha! So the Walter/Tom conversation DID take place 0n 10-28, before Stacy was reported missing. I'm a little unsure of the 10PMish time. 9:21PM is when Drew and Tom left Krispy Kreme. They move the box drive to Tom's house and Tom has enough time to get drunk by 10PM?

So the next day 10-29, when Tom overdoses, was that 11AM or PM?

I don't really think there were ever any memory lapses when Thomas talked to the police. I think that all this started as a leak and that was purposedly added to protect Thomas and throw Drew off guard.

I think Thomas is very aware of what happened that night and has been even more specific then we now know with the police that he spoke with.

DeltaDawn..........I agree. I think there's a lot more Thomas has told LE, and that LE has probably verified a lot of what Thomas told then through cell phone records and whatever was found on the computers taken during the search warrants.

Last night on Greta, Mark Fuhrman said he and Steph had canvassed the coffee shops in Bolingbrook, and found a Krispy Kreme donut shop that had a video camera. The tape from Oct. 28th shows two men entering the donut shop at about 7:35pm until 9:21pm. The two men sat at a front table and never ordered coffee or anything. One man did leave for a period of time and come back. It all fits the time frame.

What's concerning is that LE had been there and interviewed the employees but failed to ask about the video cameras. Mark Fuhrman saw the video and said it's grainy but that the FBI could probably enhance it.

I am sure that the tape WILL end up with the FBI and they will have PLENTY of questions for the officers from ISP as to why they did not bother to ask about the video. They are supposed to be taking EXTRA caution in putting this case together and this incident is yet another black eye for the BBPD and ISP.
