Yeah, I know...that word is actually on the FOURTH grade level. A poster here said that, and I looked it up...and she was right. A FOURTH grade level!! My six year old, kindergartener can spell it. OH..but, a Journalism Major/College Graduate cannot? Yeah right. (BTW...I just asked my 16 year old if she could spell ADVISE and she laughed and said...a-d-v-i-s-e.) Poor Patsy must have been stupid.

well,don't get me wrong,i misspell a lot,especially when i type fast or i'm lazy:blushing:

but i don't think it's common to misspell advise, dunno how exactly to explain this....
it's like misspelling milk (milc).
you know what i mean?

I think that Patsy had to concentrate too hard to misspell a word...afterall...she was a Journalism Major. So, after the first paragraph...her true self emerged...spelling correctly.

ita.
and something else crossed my mind....i don't think that the stupid movie quotes were john or fleet's(or whoever was there)idea,no way,i think those were patsy's idea....i don't see john coming up with something like that....dunno why....

Good Catch, Ames! I went to look and I believe you are CORRECT. Look at her other "Ys" and you can see exactly what you are talking about. Attache has NO accent. Just the way she wrote it later.

yup!
i even think she was angry that she had to misspell.

Also about the note why do you think Patsy never used Jonbenet's name?

According to most of the IDI's, and this is something the Ramseys threw out there too, the intruder didn't use it because maybe he didn't know how to spell it but if he had time to rifle around the paperwork and find JR's bonus amount wouldn't this intruder also have time to find Jonbenet's name somewhere and know how to spell it?

i couldn't spell my kids name either after staging her murder,dunno....
maybe she/they wanted to detach themselves?

You're dreaming.

I doubt it...

Besides that, take a look at the way that the author of the RN makes their Y's (with a little hook at the end)..and then take a look at Patsy's Y's. Not to mention that the author of the ramson note didn't place an accent mark over the e in attache...and neither did Patsy. HMMMMM guess thats because the author of the RN and Patsy....are one in the same.

Yep...

..as far as the y with the little check mark at the end...look at Patsy's sample letter...in the word 'day' there again appears a check mark on a 'y'.what are the chances of that????

I am going to go back and look at Patsy's letter samples again. I think that we all may onto something here. So, what are the chances that both SHE and the RN author, leave off the accent mark on attache...and they BOTH put hooks at the end of their y's? Plus their q's look just like 8's? What are the chances that Patsy and the RN author are NOT the same person? ZERO TO NONE!

Yes, I do, I know exactly what you mean. And SHE...above all...being a Journalism Major...should have known this. She must have failed that class...especially if she couldn't spell a simple word like advise.

I agree with you on that. I think that those were her ideas too. And as far as an intruder writing those quotes from movies... I mean...what sort of member of a SFF would sit around watching the movies "Speed"...and "Diry Harry"?? Maybe they (the SFF) watched those while feeding JB pineapple in the basement.  I mean, they WERE in that house long enough.

The same reason that Patsy referred to JB as "THAT child"...during her appeal to the public on tv. I loved "that child" with the whole of my heart. She was distancing herself...just like she did in the RN.

i just checked both....NO accent marks on "attache"
 Ames!

hey,why did she write attache with capital letters?(in the right hand sample)?

I didn't even notice that...I was too busy looking for that doggone accent mark. LOL I will go back and take another look. Thanks for pointing that out.

She also did that with the words BAG and TOMORROW. I don't know why she would do that. I am sure there is some sort of reasoning behind it though. My guess is because that is not normally how she would write...and she knew that none of the words in the RN had all of the words capitalized...so she threw in a few on her sample.
I went back and looked to see if the RN had any words in it like that...the only thing that I saw, was that the author of the RN, wrote law enforcement, and used a capital L, in the word law.
