That is a shocking surprise considering that "her expert" was paid by her!
Yeah. A paid expert who offered an opinion based on her training, education and experience. A real doctor expert who was paid for her time. Imagine that.

I disagree with your opinion. CPR is very effective and is better than nothing at all, which was what RZ was observed doing by the first responder. CPR, properly performed, is a replacement for a non-beating heart. CPR keeps the oxygenated blood circulating between heart, lung and brain. My own father was kept alive for more than 15-minutes by nurses doing CPR until his heart started beating again after being shocked repeatedly. He didn't suffer brain damage and lived another 17 years.
RZ, by doing nothing at all, did hasten the child's brain death.

Dina could have been home in bed for any reason. It's irrelevant. Her child was in the legal custody of his other parent. She probably does feel guilt for not being there. Her nightmare that she tried to prevent came true.

Jumping off:
And I hardly think RZ being in reality her.little sister's mother [unquote] would qualify as a closed adoption.
So any sources claiming RZ is actually her sister's mother has full freedom to go through the proper channels to access the sister's birth certificate.
Have any of those sources done that? Or are they just making stuff up?
If the grandmother was raising the child she would probably have an amended birth certificate. It does not need to be a closed adoption for there to be an amended BC, which would not have the actual birthparents listed on it.
Hasn't it also been alleged that Dina may have been home in bed with a hangover when the accident happened and thus took a couple of hours to respond when police were trying to contact her? Perhaps she also feels guilt about not being there for Max immediately after his accident. MOO
Then Dina should be fully supportive of Ann Bremner's efforts to have the state AG conduct a full, open and unbiased investigation. The AG's office is the only authority in CA who is capable of conducting a full investigation.
Has she sent a letter to the AG yet supporting a full, impartial investigation by experts?
If so - and we eagerly await proof - that is a shocking surprise considering that "her expert" was paid by her!
BTW, why haven't any DS supporters answers any of the questions about Dina? Big surprise! What was DS's arrest record? What will we find when independent investigators begin - other than her history of violence that is known?

If it were my child and if I were truly concerned about their safety, no mere legal technicality would have stopped me from ensuring they were safe. I would have insisted on having a professional child care provider with them at all times while in the father's custody, even if I had to pay for it myself.
But that's just me, I'm a mom who cares about my child's safety.

Under any scenario, that information would be publicly available. If DS and her posse want to make that allegation about RZ, it would not be difficult for them to provide some proof. If they have no proof, well...
So you admit that DS had/has a drinking problem so severe she couldn't get out of bed and care for her child? is that why she didn't have custody?
And what kind of woman would take her little sister shopping while Max was in a coma in the ICU?

Maybe a loving sister trying to distract her traumatized younger sister, since she'd been banned from seeing the child she tried to save?

She tried to save MS? How? I think at this point not only his parents but the doctors, social workers and LE would love to know what exactly she did to try to "save" this child who died while in her care.

A doctor can say anything he wants to parents without the need for a police officer or lawyer being present. He wasn't responsible for the child's severe injuries. GMAB.
