prob wanted to keep a lid on the info, these tape long before being aired and people will talk...like us here!

It is not that it interferes with his wedding. It is a matter of respect. Lee may not be perfect but he is the best they have.....
I just feel they should step back from the limelight and let him have his moments up until the wedding.
Instead, they have made themselves the focus. They knew when this would air.
GA's nephew was married in Ohio on August 27th. They were coming back from the wedding IMO.
That may be the case about the lack of a live audience, but I'm not sure how this would equal that the As could pick and choose what was aired?
Nonprofits may spend as much or as little as they like on admin. costs, though they may be flagged by the IRS for spending a huge amount on admin costs for several years, which may result in an audit. It is pretty typical for a new nonprofit to spend more $s on admin as they get the nonprofit up and running.
Salaries are not considered across the board to be an administrative cost. If a staff person is working on programming, then this is a program cost, not admin. When I was the ED of a nonprofit, 80% of my time was spent on programming and 20% was on G&O, and our financials and 990s reflected that (I had to detail what I did with my time for the auditors to come up with that ratio).
ETA: these were our internal auditors, not from the IRS
Editing was inevitable with 9 hours of raw interview whittled down to around 2 hours of programing. I'm just a bit curious on how much influence the Anthonys had on the editing. Did they have an agreement with the Dr Phil show on what would air? It could have been part of the exclusive agreement they came up with. MOO.
Well he has legs and could run for the hills if he truly wanted to.
So your saying that a show wishing to get an exclusive with the Anthonys would not enter into an agreement about editing their interview. Why not? Big ratings = big money. Sure the Anthonys could self edit themselves. For 9 hours would be pretty hard but I guess they could try.
I have no idea what Cindy was thinking or would think about your photo montage. My position remains the same: I think that using even 10 photos from each of the 31 days/nights is a dishonest technique, no matter who or which side uses it. And that's because they don't tell the full story. For all I know, every minute of each of those days/nights was fun-filled and carefree. Or Casey was subdued most of the time. Or it was half-and-half. Or something else. I just don't know, and I won't be swayed by what photos any attorney shows in court to try to further their agenda. I realize that there are 24 hours and over 1400 minutes in a day, and that no one's state of mind or demeanor can be proven in a shutter click that takes less than a second.
Why not if they can get an exclusive. Is there some kind of journalistic oath that Dr Phil has taken that forbids this kind of practice?Yes, I'm saying that interviewers (especially big-name ones) are not going to hand any of the editing over to their interview subjects. It would make no sense to even do an interview if they did that.
Your probably right, but is it really out of all possibility?
Of course, it's possible, but is it really probable? It's possible that I could win the Powerball tomorrow night, but (unfortunately) not too probable.![]()
Not one person (and there were plenty) ever told LE that FCA was subdued during the 31 days, in fact some said she was more carefree than usual!
IMO those photos represent how FCA was behaving while out partying the night away in the 31 days after Caylee's death.
So your saying that a show wishing to get an exclusive with the Anthonys would not enter into an agreement about editing their interview. Why not? Big ratings = big money. Sure the Anthonys could self edit themselves. For 9 hours would be pretty hard but I guess they could try.
He played it squirrelly the whole time. I'm sure I missed the end result of his answer because of the HUGE run around, to me this is the same as a lie.
I agree, he did not want to see his daughter die, he still had an agenda and he still played it IMO.
Yes, but what I was thinking was that the interview took place sometime before they were spotted in NC (or even after that day, I suppose) but on that same trip. That way there wouldn't be all sorts of attention focused on them if they took a trip strictly to go meet up with Dr Phil.
Why not if they can get an exclusive. Is there some kind of journalistic oath that Dr Phil has taken that forbids this kind of practice?
Doesn't sound to me like he would be so foolish as to then let them edit it instead of him, after that. No good interviewer would. They gave me no off-limits, any, no holds barred, ask anything, we`ll answer anything. I have to say, they did.
