That could help to switch drive because isn't it something like a 20 hour drive?

I would think CWW wouldn't risk being pulled over without a valid license on the way to FL. Long trip on the highway, getting pulled over is a real possibility. Either he had JR drive, or MS gave him a spare license...or both.

TS wouldnt be the first successful, professional, educated woman who became dominated, mesmerized, and love struck where it concerns a man. Women, by nature are fixers. They just are. Moms kiss boo boos and make them go away. The maternal instinct spills over into every aspect of their life. Sometimes, the man is equal to the station the woman has reached in life.. sometimes not. Women want to nest..Someone like TS who is already in the" caring and making it better" field might find MS very attractive. He "looks strong" has a good line, and just enough faults that she can work on them to repair them but not so many that they (in her eyes) are insurmountable. And. let's face it folks..people live in denial..are afraid of failure and stick it out longer than they might for the sake of the kids.

MS having all these fringe friends was part of the package. TS either didnt care, wasn't aware, or was powerless to do anything. In reality, she probably had no idea just how deep this "friendship" was with its secrets and dark connections.

A man marries a woman hoping she will never change. A woman marries a man hoping he WILL change. Inevitably, they are both disappointed.

Anything i write is just my opinion

Fabulous opinion, in my opinion!

I think JR would be afraid to drive...(out of town without letting PO know)

  • #524
Is there anything like a vehicle linked with this sighting? Because they more than likely saw WW, not MS.

NG said on her show the neighbor also said the vehicle had FL plates, but that is unverified and has never been mentioned again so unclear whether the case or not

A neighbor of JR stated she saw MS at the trailer of JR and there was a car there with Florida license plates.

That is a long way to drive .I would think an overngiht stay would be needed.

It seems like flying would be almost as cheap as driving when you factor in gas.

Maybe there is not a close way of flying?

I'm still looking for the license plate sighting verification but in the meantime am also thinking this. How do we know CWW doesn't drive with FL license plates, too? Recall on his FB, he put he moved to St Petersburg, FL in 2014.

I agree and I think a lot of people (with brains) on probation or parole would be afraid to do anything to send them back to jail. But that $10,000 promise was a mighty huge carrot to lead him out of state in a big way.

Okay, here's another theory: MS contracted JR and promised him the $10k. JR asked CCW along for the ride since he already knew where the Siever home was. What if CCW had no idea what was going to happen, thought it was just going to be a burglary? Nah, me neither, but it's a thought.

What are the chances that CWW, MS and JR would all be at an event a few months prior to the arrests of CWW and JR, where MS and JR can be seen engaging with each other in more than one shot and MS is not involved? MS would remember meeting JR and his gf, JMO from seeing the pictures. Wondering if MS has yet to reveal this meeting to LE.:hanging:

Apologies - I'm new to this case and there's so much to read through. I'm deducing JR said he didn't know MS and these pics prove he is lying. But did Mark ever confirm or deny whether he knew JR?

Mark has not spoken publicly since the murder, nor has he made any statements through a spokesperson.

I've just spent half an hour trying to get into this case. Be honest, should I continue? There are SO many threads , theories and loads of confusion. I think I'd need to dedicate a lot of time to sussing it all out in my head so I need to call it one way or the other, is it worth it, should I spend my time on the other 79 threads in my subs?! In the words of The Clash - should I stay or should I go now??? :)

Oh! Not even any appeals or anything? That's a bit unusual isn't it? Did he not have to speak in court??

Yes, it is unusual for an innocent victim to make no statement, no appeals to the public for info, no statement thanking LE for arresting those responsible.

There haven't been any significant court proceedings yet, just an arraignment and bond hearing, iirc.

Curtis Wayne Wright, Jimmy Ray Rodgers... three names. Sometimes when you're sleuthing names, you get too many results so you winnow it down by adding the middle (third) name,, but in this case, there are SO many other people (unrelated I presume) with the same three names, it's still difficult. Some of the people are in different states, but there are some with the same names in both Florida and Missouri - confusing.

Add to that, the intertwining (the roots and branches :D - great analogy LvsAMystry!) of relationships. Some relationships by blood and others just by being in each others back pockets - friends, brotherly, mentor, employer/employee, neighbor...

Need a seating chart. *whew*

Boy that's the truth FL. I think we need a seating chart and a cheat sheet.
Or just a seating/cheating chart.

Hi CoverMeCagney,
That's a trick question. Can you stay or go? Once this case gets into your brain, I've found it difficult to turn off and walk away. Many of us started late and it still is relatively early in the case. Both suspects arrested and neither has been extradited to Florida yet. When they are in Florida custody, that state's open records laws immediately take effect and the case details (excluding any that may impede the ongoing investigation) will be made public. We're expecting an 'avalanche' of docs and details to go through.

My suggestion, since I started reading over 2 months after Dr. Sievers' murder, as well, is start with the first 200 posts in thread #1. Then review the media thread links and the timeline links. And then if the case hasn't 'enveloped' your interest, then go. If you're like most of us here, that won't be easy, if not impossible.

Welcome, and I do hope you stay around. We certainly can use your keen observations that I've seen in other cases.

I think it's possible to catch up... but do it fast before the extradition and document dumps!

I would say stay in part because it's a Florida case. The liberal Sunshine Laws mean that the case won't go silent from a sleuths perspective from arrest to trial years later. It's also still very much an active investigation.
