A Picture's Worth.....

Thanks for catching me the other day, IQ. My mind was so jumbled-up, I couldn't think straight! I should have said, "A picture's worth a thousand words", and all of them scream, "Murderers!". How could the jury not see that more than one monster committed that damage?!! Each of the jurors should have been allowed time to hold every photo in their hands, and inspect the damage up close.

Thanks to superior footage by NBC2 that I found on YouTube, I was able to pause and catch a glimpse of the unholy assault these ruthless and vile killers exacted on Dr. Sievers. This 6-hr clip is titled, Jimmy Rodgers Trial: Friday, October 18. The photos appear towards the end of the clip. The Honorable Judge Kyle is on the cover of this clip. (Sorry, I'm not hip to the lingo.) With enough diligence, you can freeze the video at the precise point that Dr. Thomas Coyne exhibits the photos to the jury. This crime is beyond barbaric. It is demonic.

I sure do hope the jurors will be able to hold these pictures in their hands, come Mark's trial. They will be lost for words.

Thank God for angels with badges.

It is a very chilling crime. All the bruises showed that Teresa was a fighter against these monsters. RIP Teresa!

Thanks, Oregonmama. Your video is of better quality than the one I saw. My heart must have been racing, why I had such a hard time pausing it. I see that the beginning of that section starts at 4:26:40. Thanks for helping me. You're a gem! xoxoxo!

I see JRR filed a motion for a new trial. Any information on that yet?

Rodgers’ attorney claims state has new evidence in Sievers murder, asking for a new trial

The statements include the following:

  • Mark Sievers was committing Medicare Fraud and was taking cash from patients while also billing medicare
  • In the months prior to the murder, Dr. Petrites overheard a heated discussion between Dr. and Mr. Sievers where she was unhappy with him due to money paid to Curtis Wright for work on the company servers
  • Mark Sievers at some point early in the investigation told Dr. Petrites that he “knew it all had happened.”
  • After Curtis Wright was arrested, Mark Sievers wanted the jail staff to allow Curtis Wright access to a computer to work on the servers in the medical practice from jail
  • Mark Sievers defended Curtis Wright and questioned the evidence against him

NEW: Attorneys for Jimmy Rodgers filed a motion for new trial, citing new evidence disclosed by state. “If said evidence had been introduced at trial, it would probably have changed the verdict...” A jury found #Rodgers guilty of 2nd degree murder. Details at 4 @winknews

Sigh....

Defense for Jimmy #Rodgers in their motion for new trial say the State knew about these statements before the trial, but didn’t disclose them until after the verdict. An attorney not with the case just told me the defense “might have a leg to stand on”. Details at 4 @winknews

If anyone can chime in... I'm not sure I understand the following: "Mark Sievers at some point early in the investigation told Dr. Petrites that he "knew it all had happened" - that who knew what had happened???

What happened to Teresa was "the what had happened". Remember Mark let it slip how many times Teresa was hit in the head to CK.

I think they’re crazy for doing this. He was lucky not to be convicted of murder 1. That’s just my opinion, but they better be careful what they ask for.

So Mark told Dr. Petrites how T was killed? Or something to that effect?

He has a legal right unfortunately to appeal, and the State had some flaws in their presentation , jmo

Wow! That's a bombshell in my opinion.
It was a bombshell to me that Mark told CK the exact number of hits to Teresa. The only person who would know that is the killers and the Medical Examiner at that time.
