For some reason, I had assumed that with FEDERAL it would go to the judge for sentencing. Shades of the Jodi trial where the mitigation phase/sentencing goes on and on and on. I was hoping this would be the last spewing.

Having her talk about him doing 'kids stuff' on FB just makes me angrier. Does not make me sympathetic towards him.

No kidding. I wish Martin Richard was still able to do kid's stuff. I am sure his sister Jane would like to be take taking her kid's dance lessons still and play and run and be carefree with both of her brothers. Setting a bomb in a crowd of innocents is not "kid's stuff"
