#Tsarnaev is back in court; about to get started again.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 1h 1 hour ago
Judge and jury return.
Govt calls William Campbell, III -- the brother of victim Krystle Campbell.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 1h 1 hour ago
Campbell looks like his sister, Krystle.
He is older than her by 2 years.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 1h 1 hour ago
Campbell: "We were friends, more than brother and sister."

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 59m 59 minutes ago
Campbell tells jurors about playing games with Krystle as kids, fighting over the remote control; says she was honest and kind.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 59m 59 minutes ago
Campbell: Krystle was a harder worker than I ever was, from schoolwork to her career. She accomplished her goals.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 58m 58 minutes ago
Campbell: My sister paid her own way through college, figured out her financial aid and held jobs since she was 14 years old.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 56m 56 minutes ago
Campbell explains how he and sister like to dance; she was into sports as well. "She was just the centerpiece."

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 56m 56 minutes ago
Campbell has a son, now 6, who Krystle loved, he says. She was a great aunt, he explains.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 54m 54 minutes ago
Campbell: My favorite memory of her is more of a feeling; I just always knew I had someone there for me when I was with her.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 54m 54 minutes ago
The last time he saw his sister was the Saturday before the marathon; they went shopping at the Square One Mall in Saugus.
#Tsarnaev

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 54m 54 minutes ago
On that Monday, he heard about the bombings and "had a mini panic attack" and tried to call her. No answer.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 54m 54 minutes ago

#Tsarnaev

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 53m 53 minutes ago
At first, nurses tell him that his sister is ok, and will recover.
Hours later they learn that was a mistake; his sister was dead.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 53m 53 minutes ago
Krystle's ID was confused for a while with that of her friend Karen Rand who was at the marathon with her.
#Tsarnaev

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 52m 52 minutes ago
Campbell: I had a hard time dealing with her death; my family was horrified. You don't know what to say, don't know what to do.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 52m 52 minutes ago
Two years later, it's still tough. Not a day goes by that we don't think of her. I still pick up my phone to call her, he says

Campbell will share with the jury some family photos that include him and his sister Krystle.
First, a sidebar.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 48m 48 minutes ago
Nadine Pellegrini sometimes refers to Campbell as "Billy" as she asks him how his family is coping with Krystle's death.
#Tsarnaev

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 46m 46 minutes ago
Sidebar ends; jurors will see the photos of the Campbells, beginning with a childhood pic of the siblings.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 46m 46 minutes ago
Next, photo of the brother and sister dressed for a wedding; jurors laugh at the little boy in a tux and sister in a bright blue dress.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 45m 45 minutes ago
Now, a picture of the Campbell parents' surprise 25th wedding anniversary party, thrown and organized by Krystle.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 46m 46 minutes ago
This series of candids, like the 1 we're now seeing w/ Krystle & her nephew, are to humanize victims, as Pellegrini promised govt. would.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 46m 46 minutes ago
Krystle's brother tells these short, wonderful stories about her, keeps making courtroom laugh and smile, including jurors.

Jim Armstrong @JimArmstrongWBZ · 45m 45 minutes ago

That's what bothers me more than anything - lack of remorse. He doesn't feel a damn thing about the victims and couldn't even fake it to cover his own arse in court. JMO

Me too Racheallouise...and while its not very Christian of me, I wish we could do something to just make him realize the pain he caused. I want to see him shed his defiance out of fear/pain. I want him to beg for his life and then be told he will get the dp.
